Yeah, when I say I "understand" Nora, I mean I understand her emotions, I don't condone the way she carried on with Destiny in front of Matthew's comatose body. I hope the moms do in fact have a confrontation. This is dicey and potentially great lasting material for the online version of OLTL.

I loved the Destiny/Nora scenes. Was Nora out of line? Yes! But MAN did I feel for her. She had me in tears, especially when she fell to her knees and begged. Huge lump in my throat.

I guess it didn't bother me that much. She's a desperate mother reacting to a bad situation by grabbing onto the first glimmer of something good that she can. I think Destiny should consider letting Bo & Nora have the baby.

At least Destiny is no longer in denial. I was pretty sure this girl was going to try and will the baby away and stare at that pregnancy test another twenty times before she admitted that she was pregnant.

I don't like that this show is doing another teen pregnancy storyline. I still don't like the way they handled Starr's it feels like they are endorsing it (again) and I find it so unrealistic the way they treat teen pregnancies.

You raise a good point... if Destiny went back to Phylicia and told her what Nora did and we got a great smack down scene with Phylicia and Nora, that would be awesome. Probably won't happen though.

I don't know about a full on smackdown lol, but those two are going to have confrontation scenes.

It didn't bother me either. Agreed abortion is not the only answer, but I believe in a woman's right to choose. As an RN as I've dealt with a lot of teen pregnancies and trust me there is no simple answer.

I wished I knew where this Destiny pregnancy storyline was heading. Are we in store for a custody battle? Is Matthew going to wake up? Will he be a changed man? Where does that leave Nate/Matthew? I'm just really puzzled.

This is why I was asking about the last tape date. I was just trying to guage where they might have been going with this pre-Prospect Park announcement, if it was something they were going to have wrapped up by the ABC finale.
