If I was Prospect Park and actors from either OLTL and AMC bad mouthed PP I wouldnt offer them to continue On-Line

I have not heard one actor dish PP. Michael Knight expressed reservations but was also very complementary of the team there. I don't think Chrishell was dishing anyone. But IA if someone is not interested or has reservations move onto the next person. If the role is key to your vision for the show, start the recast process.

Well There Have Been a few when PP started with this who said it wasnt good enough and there are some actors that just dont want contract like CS and Amanda can be recast so why even ask her. if she's gonna bitch about a contract that openly at a fan event, id say PASS

Everybody involved is going to have to decide what's best for them. Debbi Morgan, MEK, Jacob Young and Susan Lucci(?) made their decisions just like Cameron Mathison, Lindsay Hartley, Ted King etc... have made theirs. I don't see PP as the savior some people make them out to be but I'm hopeful they'll turn out to be a better operation than ABC Daytime had been. That said, I completely understand why someone would choose to pass. Of all these actors, MEK is the one whose viewpoint I understand the most. He's just tired. No hate, no bad feelings, just fatigue.

And, by the way, unless somebody knows something I don't, my Susan has NOT said "NO!" to Prospect Park...

Hey Folks! This "Farewell to Jackson Montgomery" event this Saturday seems to be causing a lot of confusion. I'm not sure why they decided to call it that, but while I have NOT been approached by Prospect Park as yet, I am absolutely open to - and excited by - the "prospect" of continuing with AMC on-line! There, I hope that stops all these crazy rumors!

Eh how so? A newbie like Cara isn't more relevant than anyone, and while Cam may be likeable, Ryan isn't and hasn't been for years.

Sorry but it's laughable to suggest that these two are more relevant than anyone.

Those two are more relevant to the show than Walt/Jackson ever was.

Unfortunately, I agree that without Erica, Jack probably isn't relevant, at least not on AMC as it was. Jack has been little more than Erica's man for years. PP could choose to make him relevant by recasting Lily and Reggie and giving him a new romance, imo. They could just say that Erica ran off to follow her Hollywood dreams and Jack stayed behind.

Relevance is a completely subjective concept. The four airhogs were "relevant" as motherfuckers for years. In fact it was their constant, nonstop, "relevance" being forced down my throat that drove me away from the show more than once. Viewers decide for themselves who matters and everyone matters to someone. That's something ABC and it's focus group machinations refused to accept. I hope PP leaves that toxic mentality in the past.

I think Jack had some potential outside of Erica but it never materialized. There were several different times that Jack was essentially phased out of the show entirely (a lot of 95-97, 2008-2009) and only came back into a larger role for stories with Erica. I'd like to see more of his relationship with Reggie but otherwise not a lot. I wish they hadn't killed Travis and that Kit hadn't been such a disaster.

AMEN. I don't find Ryan or Cara any more relevant than really anyone else other than the core vets. Why? Just because they are youngish and someone at ABC or PP decided they were more relevant than others? I actually could say Ryan is less relevant than Jack at this point as they have burned through too much story for that character due to his nonstop presence on the show for the last so many years.
