Ok I don't understand the AFTRA stuff. I thought the talk was part of the issue being that PP wanted more of a SAG type agreement. Now wouldn't SAG benefit the actors more? I thought AFTRA was a "weaker" union so to speak in terms of representing their members.

Anyone know what the stumbling block with AFTRA is and what would be the danger of actors scabbing and going against the union if they can't come to terms?

AFTRA Not SAG Does Daily Serials. I think It has to do woith that they dont have agreements for 30 and 60 minute daily serials on the web. They are working out everything Now and not doing it show by show

Moving the show back to NYC seems like a stretch to me. However, if there are only officially 2 cast members signed on as of now, then I guess it's possible.

I'm sure they also want RB, and RB has said that she is now NYC based. This would also help get back Alicia and Thorsten.

It seems like a stretch to me too but I'll admit it would make me very happy. Although not for any of the reasons you mention. LOL!

Depends. La Lucci, Budig, Minshew, Kaye are New Yorkers. I think Cam would do it. Plus, now he can go after Regis's job. The major players who they'd have to convince are Riegel and Irizarry.

So Lindsey Hartley whos' husband has a job in LA is now going to move to NY?

If they move the show for actors they are dumb Actors are expendable.

While I like ER, this is a shame because Christina Bennett Lind has really made the role of Bianca her own. I hope PP doesnt pull "the Real Bianca" like ABC did with "the Real Greenlee."
