And another ONE LIFE TO LIFE star has been added to the list of early exits: Soaps In Depth has learned that Tom Degnan will be exiting the role of Joey Buchanan this summer. But there is a silver lining in this cloud for Joey and Kelly fans: sources report that Degnan and Gina Tognoni's character will exit the canvas together!

Tognoni returned to Llanview in February of 2010, and Degnan made his debut as the latest in a long line of Joey recasts that November. A spokesperson for OLTL had no comment.

I am glad that Joey and Kelly get their happily ever after, but on the other hand, I'm disappointed to see GT leave early because she brings a lot to the show. How many cast members will the show have once we get to September/October? Strasser is out, Fath might be, maybe JPL. Interesting.

I just hope that we will start to get some announcements soon on who is coming back to wrap the show up. I only hope that the come backs happen sooner rather than later. I HATE when a show brings back characters and you only see them for a second and then its done. Bring them back and let them stay a while so they can mix it up with everyone else.

One of the only reasons Joey ever returned was to try to make stars out of the worthless and pointless Aubrey and Cookie Cutter, so I'm not that surprised they are staying around. I imagine a lot of "fun" and "soapy" scenes of Aubrey and Rama and Tess behaving like cheap whores as Cutter smirks, thrusts his crotch, and then rips off his chest hair.

What a surprise he won't even be there to the end to have any scenes with his family. They never cared about that either. The Buchanan family is ending with a collective flush of a toilet.

I guess I should be happy they aren't killing him off. I guess a "happy" ending with a woman who slept with most of his family and whom they tried as hard as they could to actually avoid pairing him with is better than that.
