It's really an annoying quirk of his. I listened to a podcast of his and I was surprised that he actually managed to sound normal as opposed to the quivering, almost crying voice he ALWAYS has on AMC.

I love Ferica. When she walked into Krystals, and the hair thing she did...SL is doing a great job.

Kendall is too dumb for words.

SL is honestly rocking this. I haven't watched AMC regularly in a while but DAYS has been boring me this week so I've watched this storyline and I love that it's all the subtle nuances SL is providing that show the difference between Janerica and Erica.

Jane: "Its already working like gangbusters. Your sheets? To die for" LMAO!

Jane: "Nice try. Wherever you put it...go get it"

I LOVE Jane

How about her name, Jane. Keeps it simple and straightforward. No need for silly nicknames

ITA, the Erica/Jane story is rocking and the rest of this episode was really dull.

Even without Cam's bad acting, Ryan threatening the minister for offering to go see his daughter was just dumb. How long before Ricky figures out that these morons are on to him?

Yeah, it would make an episode like this one much more entertaining to have the Hubbards on instead of Rylee & Kendall/Ricky on the same day!

I also love the little things Jane does like her flipping her hair. She's like a caricature of Erica, but in a fun, good exagerated way.

Jane: "I am a woman who has been loved and adored by men all over the world" LOL

That little fight with Krystal was awesome.

    • Poor Philip. I appreciate how seriously his and Xander’s scenes were taken though. It felt like real drama and not like a big joke. You could actually feel Xander’s pain and anger. It adds another dynamic to the Kiriakis family storylines and I’m looking forward to the effects that this is going to have across the canvas. I can see them weaving Kate and Roman into this storyline as well. And it would be really nice if this somehow helped cause conflict for Stephanie/Alex too, especially because of what Alex did today. With any luck, Stephanie will be furious about it.  And I’m glad that Sarah has Maggie to confide in about her secret. I also liked seeing Steve and Shawn (and their matching jackets

) continue to be on the case. Kevin, revealing everything to them is another interesting turn in this storyline. Plus, it seems the writing has improved for Shawn as well.
    • TBF, I don't think we've seen her interact enough with the "have-nots" to know if she is or isn't. It's possible, but I don't think you can say that from her interactions with Eva and Silkpress.
    • You're right - though I did confuse his name with an actual actor who was on Dynasty.

    • "Might" is not "is". And I was talking about the specific case about her attitude to Eva.
    • But she can still be a priveliged elitist. She might have the same attitude to anyone from 'the wrong side of the tracks' whether they had an agenda or not. Nicole seems to be an outlier in her family. Her parents, kids and sister seem to think themselves above reproach.
    • Damian's clothes have definitely been a specific look -kinda reads 70's pimp to me . I guess it's a trend?? but it seems more suited to Holden. JR is 51  and I guess Damian is supposed to be a little younger but it looks a little odd on him in my book. But at least they're trying. The men's clothing has been bland/generic for years-either suits or basic casual stuff interchangeable  b/w them.
