I'm also really liking Cara. So far, she's had chemistry with everyone she's met, imo. I'm enjoying the Jake/Cara flashbacks because Jake comes off as so much less irritating in them.

Kendall & Reverend Ricky have sparks. As long as it's not rushed, I'm all for them eventually getting together. At this point, I think Griffin is better suited for Amanda and Cara can have Jake.

I really like Reverend Ricky and I like the way he interacts with Kendall. I think they have nice chemistry together and more chemistry than her and Griffin do. I haven't seen any chemistry between Kendall/Griffin yet. I think that Reverend Ricky/Kendall could be interesting if the writers explored them.

I also like Cara. I think that her Jake have more chemistry than Jake/Amanda. I have never really seen chemistry between Jake/Amanda.

LOL @ Cara and Griffin eating carnitas together at the hospital. I loved those scenes, they were adorable and they both acted so naturally with each other. It's obvious they are brother & sister to me...I think Tad & Jake have it all wrong.

The Tad/Cara scenes were so funny. They work well off of each other. Cara is hilarious just like Tad is sometimes so I think they work extremely well with each other. They seem like the Male/Female version of Jake & Tad.

Really loving how Kendall is being written lately. Glad she wants to get out of the house and work and be social, etc...happy she still has that aspiration to work at Fusion. I think the fact she wants to help out at the Miranda Center in Zach's memory is nice to. At the end when Kendall decided that she didn't want to go Christmas tree shopping with Bianca and the girls showed she's still struggling and having a hard time accepting things, you never know how she'll be but she's getting there...

I'll take all the Annie I can get, loved the drive-by scenes she had with Amanda. I love that Amanda feels comfortable with going to Annie and telling her all of her problems, letting everything out. This is a great friendship and I'm glad the writers have latched onto it..

Erica's dress looks like she put it into a paper shredder. What a terrible piece of wardrobe! The flesh color on it is just odd. Erica looks like she ran through Calebs mountain again and got cut up in the process.

Again another one of LoBro's writers writing the epi.

Joanna Cohen, Kate Hall had a few, now Rebecca Taylor and AMC recieves sensibility and balance w/ her team.

I loved anthing Cara was a part of. She is like Annie and Madison, breathes life into a S/L.

RPG better give up half that paycheck b/c LH is saving his ass. Jake/Cara's S/L is looking complex.

Annie and Amanda, I love those hos'. Annie instigating Amanda to snoop around and don't trust this b!tch...then speaking possessive of JR, claiming him as her's, thank you that is the real Annie, insecure when she's really in love and possessive. I know they are setting up something awesome soon, can't wait .

Fingers crossed for Kate Hall or Joanna Cohen writing tomorrow's epi.

Griffin by NYE better be giving Amanda "F me" eyes, atleast Randi, I feel he's too in there w/ the hospital crowd, I want a jealous Frankie soon, his marriage needs it.

La Kane the dress GET RID OF IT!

Kendall looked so gorgeous tonight, she's even better w/o the anchor that screams "EEENUFF!" and sir bug eyes aka The Thong.

Asher was gorgeous in his coat, glad Binxs bought him one, that's how Binxs is.

Not so much of Caleb, a bit of Jackson. NO RYLEE! WOO HOO!

JR and Annie can not be missing for that long AMC. Stop telling us what they are doing and actually show us. What was it like twice in 8 daytime schedule days? does that make sense? They even show Marissa more than them, MARISSA!

Just in case anyone's interested in facts...

None of these are "LoBro's" writers. She has nothing to do with them.

Joanna Cohen was a scriptwriter hired on the McTavish team,

Kate Hall was a scriptwriter hired on the Brown & Esensten team.

Rebecca Taylor was a scriptwriter hired on the Nixon, Page & Passanante team.

The only two scriptwriters that came aboard while Lorraine Broderick was allegedly in charge are gone. Celena Cipriaso and Tara K. Walsh. The rest (Chip Hayes, Courtney Bugler, James Kahn and Tracey Thomson) were either McTavish or Pratt hires.

That's part of the team she trusts. They've been writing for her plots since she was appointed, obvs. I meant in that she trusts them and thier knowledge to write for the characters. Kate Hall wrote the Apr. 9th epi. that had Adam's attack, David the grey villain shown w/ a heart, Rebecca Taylor wrote the goodmorning PV 3-30-10 epi. that showed JR vs Annie, Tad/Ryan as a tolerable human beings and DaLee as a rootable couple, not to mention Brooke and Erica and Damon as the lovable loser.

I know about those hires, that's not what I meant, obvs. we all know Charles Pratt Jr. was an anchor on this show w/ horible ideas that they had to write for, at times he even wrote the dialogue, it made for a bad work enviornment. From what I see LoBro trusts Hall/Cohen/Taylor as her big story writers, they handle the meat of the material. JHB did the Liza confession of the pill switching w/ Damon to Tad.. those were also great scenes. Don't know why I didn't notice JHB's writing much but he knows how to write for Liza Colby.

    • Right. Literally for decades, soaps mesmerized their audiences with tales of romance, family conflict, class struggles, and recognizable interpersonal-relationship sagas. We didn't need relentless, heavy violence. We didn't need clones, mad scientists, extra-terrestrials and demon possessions. We didn't need gaggles of plastic himbos and bimbos pushing beloved vets off-screen. We only needed to see people whom we cared about, and the intelligent, moving progression of their lives. Flashy sets, gaudy gimmicks, and high-falutin' hairdos be damned. The characters and the words were important.
    • Absolutely! Brad should've simply moved on from Lunacy. There's no point of freeing her, if you're not going to at least make an attempt at redemption or incorporating her into the fold. It happened with Quinn, who committed quite a few felonies before become the Forrester Matriarch.  Heck, keep Lunacy in prison and have Poppy/Finn discover that she gave birth to twins - 'Sunny' could've come on with a clean slate and still had Sheila/Finn and all the other drama. It certainly couldn't have been worse than what we've witnessed with the destruction of $B.
    • I would enjoy it if Swan popped up on BTG as an old one time friend/mentor of Anita’s for a cameo. This is just

    • I had totally forgotten that Courtney story. I see Burton was already phoning it in by that point.
    • omg I completely missed that, but now when I see it typed here in your post, it's obvious icky cringe. So now I just checked and Tomas said that -- on May 27 that he likes the author Carl Ivati.  He said it with sort of an accent, so I didn't catch the stupid joke or think about the spelling.   I remember when that aired, that I actually said to myself at the time, "I wonder if that's a Latin American author, and I will have to google him later." And now I see your post, and I see. Well that's cringe, and I feel stupid to have fallen for it.

    • There's a lot you don't need if you have the writing.  You don't even need large casts!  You could make do with a cast of 12-18 actors if the writing is there.
    • Thank you. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with sleeping around if your spouse actually knows about it. She’s just a cheating slut.
    • OMG...Robert Mandan! And Donna Mills is a child. I keep hoping for more of early Ross/Vanessa.
    • I get your point, but I also know that if the roles were reversed -- if a man were screwing around on a woman this way -- everyone would be all "All with his head!" When I say Vanessa needs therapy, I'm actually being kind, because I could begin and end with the fact that she's a cheating slut.
    • Is nobody going to mention the cringefest that is 'Carl Ivati'?
