I don't know where they're going with Clint, but I can't say that I'm mad at it. I am really enjoying all this. What's interesting and perhaps uncharacteristic is his apparent lack of shame or regret when it comes to his apparent sleaziness.

I'm just speculating here, but the whole Rick and Lilli story and ordeal, I assume was just a wild goose chase orchestrated by Clint to throw Rex off about who his real parents could be, Clint and Echo.

OhhhhhHHHH, now that would be interesting... and horrible. Clint knowing Rex was his all this time is pretty damn unforgivable, and wow, what "must have been going through his head" ( ) when he realized Natalie was his. I think I'd still like to believe that he has no clue about Rex, makes it more interesting, and yes, forgivable. Just paying Echo off for the baby she had by him and gave up is enough secret to bear. Not like a hotshot Buke is big on turning children loose, even with Cord that was Asa's/Maria's doing.

Clint would never have ignored one of his children. They will sacrifice any character to prop Rex.

And as far as nature/nurture goes, Rex isn't a BIT Buchanan. I'd sooner say that he was related to this guy:

I don't know who the heck is writing this how now, but they've seemed to gotten some message because the show has been great, especially yesterday. Seems like the show is getting it's groove back. Which complaints would you classify as silly? I too have been enjoying the show the past few days and my "criticism" is character-related (i.e., "Wow Clint, you really are a jerk, aren't you?").

I don't think complaining about pretty much destroying everything Clint ever was for the sake of yet another Rex paternity rewrite is silly. OLTL continues to trash its past for no real reason, as they have done over and over and over in recent years.
