The today show aired a 1976 clip from when Kathie Lee Gifford had a small role on the show. The scene also includes Brooke Hamilton (Adrienne LaRussa), Ed Mallory (Bill Horton), Joseph Gallison (Neil Curtis) and a rare glimpse of Susan Oliver's version of Laura Horton. A must see. 

 

I don't what exactly Brooke was doing in hospital, but I can only guess it was either because of her suicide attempt or when she aborted David's baby. Maybe someone here knows for certain.

That was wonderful. Such fun! I wish I knew they were doing a DAYS episode. 

 

All that amazing soap material in vaults somewhere, never repeated, never utilized or monetized... Breaks my heart. I wonder if they'll wait until all the soaps are canceled and then realize they could make some use of it.

Of all the characters to be on the cover of that book twice...Nicole? And no Sami...she was a lead for 20 years (and THE lead for 10) but whatever!
