This is the first guy cast on ABC soaps in ages that I genuinely find attractive. Finally they're getting away from the Twilight vibe. Good luck to him.

Recasting for a short-term return would be beyond stupid. I don't believe they are THAT dumb. I just hope he can rock it with Gina T. because from what I've seen of the reaction to Kelly, this guy is Obi-Wan to her Princess Leia: he's her only hope.

It depends on their plan for Kelly/Rex. They might want to have Joey return to be the heavy for their romance. Frons or whoever has banished the Buchanan sons for years, it's odd this has changed now.

I'm glad that he seems to be good -- the photos I wasn't sure of.
