I feel Marie Horton should have been back in Salem long ago sharing storyline with Stefano and Victor and her Horton family and being there for grandson Nick. Casey Reed is a character that should have been back in Genoa City mixing it up with nikki and victor and trying a romance with Paul or Tucker. She was always such a 'normal' character and actress.She is a friend to Hope,daughter to Maggie,mother to Nathan. There is a lot of story potential there. She is *so* needed on this show, especially to keep the Horton legacy alive. Brandon would trump EJ or Rafe anyday! Wow, it's crazy to think Sami's had 5 special men in her life now, considering she used to be the chubby sister who pined after her beautiful sister's boyfriend. But if they're not interested in bringing back Lucas, Brandon was the only other man who ever understood Samantha Gene Brady ... Also, Nicole needs somebody on her side, and she and Brandon were good confidantes as siblings. Marie would be perfect as the go-to gal for advice, right alongside Maggie. But after all these years, Maggie's finally embroiled in storyline (isn't that CRAZY how things work like that?), so Marie would be perfect as the Alice type who doesn't have actual story. No wait... even better! Doug & Julie! We need a wise old man to talk to too, and Victor's way too mean-spirited and bitter. Now if only Doug, Julie, Marie, or Maggie would move into Alice's house... It would be a nice touch to have Marie, Bill, Laura, Doug, and Julie all living in that house. Another Character long overdue for a return is Tommy Horton there was so much story with Tommy, with a great recast and good storytelling this character could make a come back.
