Members Adam
And the typical trend continues.... soaps enter freefall mode after the conclusion of Feb. sweeps... not shocking at all. OLTL, yikes.
Members Llantano Incorporated
B&B is some of the worst soap opera ever (I loved this show from 92-05). The year it won the emmy contained some of the most atrocious writing and acting in the medium's history. So wonderful that Bell learned to play the JFP Emmy game with the emmy bait knockout episodes. B&B will probably win again this year. AMC's situation gives me the giggles because I simply don't like the show.
Members wingwalker
Wow. those are some terrible numbers. Sad to see OLTL drop, but given I'm still angry of the Kish news part me smiled a bit to see the ratings drop. I guess news of the gays getting ditched didn't bring back those bigots. Members Cyberologist
WoW was KISH being dropped reflected in this weeks ratings? Even GH abuse storyline did nada....
Members MichaelGL
Was this the week where the Adam scenes took place at the cabin on Y&R?
Members Soapsuds
+1 That was last week. The real Greenlee is back...dont you know. Yeah I hope they continue to drop for dropping Kish.
Members Mr. Vixen
I really thought the Kristian storyline would be more succesful than THAT. This is a nightmare.
Members Soapsuds
It was also spring break week! Students/People out on spring break enjoying the sun ...etc....
Members AllMyDaysatGH
Yeah, that was part of why I was a little surprised, and said "WHAT is going on?!". I think there was a lot of hype for this storyline, no? And that week was a spring break week, like Ruxton Hills said....I thought for sure that more people would watch. Guess not, LoL. Members fanOLTL
The problem with OLTL is that it is soooo inconsistent. We have all of this Cramer women/Mitch drama and then a week and half without Dorian. I don't even remember seeing Cassie leave. Was there a goodbye? And I don't watch any other soaps so I don't know how it compares but all the exposition is killing me. Every conversation between characters is nothing but exposition after exposition. And it's completely random. Why does Roxy feel the need to approach Oliver at a St. Paddy's day party and start a coversation about how that creep Schuyler got custody. I mean WE know Oliver is the real father; Roxy doesn't. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. OH! And Langston! A high school student worte a musical? In one month?? And she's holding auditions??? At my school we had drama teachers for that kind of thing. And the worst part, we get to see her musical during May sweeps. And how many freaking college papers does Blair need to drop off at Starr's school? NO, writers, it doesn't make sense that Blair is roaming the halls of Llanviw High, even if you're trying to put her in a scene with Jessica. And the baby story. OMG! NO COURT WOULD GIVE CUSTODY TO SOME RANDOM GUY WITHOUT A PATERNITY TEST. YOU CAN'T JUST SHOW UP AND SAY "I'M THE DAD" AND BOOM! CUSOTDY. For reals. On a side note, I am amused by the two ATWT fans on here who every week make their predictions, hoping against hope that OLTL has dropped below their show. Members fanOLTL
OH! OH! And Natalie...if you're trying to stay away from John and Marty, and show up at a bar and John is there, leave! Don't go up to him and start a coversation about how you're planning on giving John and Marty some room. Just leave. And shouldn't Jessica be seeing a therapist/counselor instead of attending high school at the age of 30? And what in the hell is going on with Mitch? He's been in a glass cage for over a month. Really? Is that prison? Has he been to court yet? Anyone planning on testifying against him, or is he just gonna be locked up into perpetuity? And the last person whose face I want to see on my tv screen in Danielle's. What an abnoxious, ungrateful, ugly child she is. Why couldn't she fall through the ice and die. Crappy show results in crappy ratings. Okay, I think I got it all out.

Members Soapsuds
And ATWT was ahead of OLTL last week. OLTL has more viewers lost from last year than ATWT.

Members Ann_SS
Well, I was wrong about the overall viewers and only a little right about the demos. AMC's demos are positively dreadful. It is competing with OLTL for the worse 18 to 49 demos. As usual GH cannot hold on to any of its sweeps gains. The usual bad storytelling is banal so the lapse viewers don't stick around.
