You need to get Dallas in there!!  It's in the first category for me.

Overall though, I tend to agree - I like the analogy to soaps - it's very true.

My order would be this:

1. NYC, Dallas, and Potomac

2. ATL and OC (OC fell out of the first category about 2 seasons ago)

3. NJ and BH

Did anyone watch the Real Housewives Awards on WWHL this week?  I thought it was interesting to see the cities that won the most, considering it's a fan-voting award system (although, who audited this??).  At first, I thought 'Wow, no NJ winners and BH/ATL only had one winner each', but come to find out, they just didn't announce all the categories during the live show.  Here are the final tallies per city:

NYC - 2 awards (Sonja / Bethenny)

BH - 2 awards (Erika / Teddi)

OC - 2 awards (Kelly / Tamra)

Atlanta - 1 award (Nene)

Dallas - 1 award (Brandi and Stephanie - 'best friends')

Potomac - 1 award (Karen, the Grande Dame!)

NJ - 1 award (Dolores)

 - how she beat Cynthia makes no sense to me, hence where are the auditors?!?

Those awards are rigged as hell. LVP gets no win because she’s currently at odds with Bravo regarding filming with the rest of the ladies. Kenya gets nothing because she’s no longer on ATL. Obviously they’re still trying (and failing) to make Erika happen. The only real shock is Teddi winning over Margaret. But then again most people didn’t want Teddi to return so once again Bravo pushing their agenda.

I totally agree and see that... but the one that sticks out in my mind is New Jersey.  That's premiering soon and the only winner was Dolores, and she didn't even get shown on the WWHL awards special.  That's the only series that didn't win an award on the live show, yet it's premiering very soon and it's so close to NYC that Bravo wouldn't have to pay for their travel expenses.  Thoughts?

    • Martin and Smitty were designed to avoid the stereotype of gay men sleeping around (which to an extent is true). If you recall Martin had a line about them not being open when Chelsea came to talk to him. The producers are walking a very fine line right now and it might not be popular to say but I can understand it. Establishing enough footing to ward off complaints will let them showcase gay characters more openly later.
    • The week was decent. They have started to rotate their stories and finally got a rhythm going. I disagree about them allowing every character to have a moment to shine though. Nicole really hasn't been given anything to do. I completely agree with all this. I adore Doug and hope he makes it through.

    • There was the one appearance in '96, but otherwise, that's correct as far as I know.

Question for the B&B group: I see @rsclassicfanforever has uploaded multiple seasons from Videoland  (in the folders that are to be put away). They are huge folders and difficult to download so I started breaking them down into months but I realized they are by season so for example, Season 4 spans from March 1990 to March 1991. Now I'm wondering where to actually place them, since we have the Full Episodes section divided by year, not seasons. And most of these seasons we already have in full, so these are duplicates. Not sure if it's necessary to keep the older versions. I could just make another new section for Seasons, so the main folders would be "Behind the Scenes and Interviews," "Clips," "Full Episodes," "Full Seasons," "Music CDs," and "photo archive Marquise" but I'm not sure that really makes sense. Also wondering since we have almost every full episode now if "Clips" can be deleted in its entirety, as it's nearly 300GB.
    • CBS moving Murder, She Wrote from Sunday to Thursday was straight up sabotage. Les Moonves knew exactly what he was doing.
    • I sure hope you’re right. The lack of sets is maddening!
    • I'm hoping that the new studio might have more space, meaning extra sets could be permanently erected. Perhaps the current  set issues are due to limited space available at Television City as it shuts down for the redevelopment. But if more space means spending more $$$ we might be stuck with the current situation no matter where they move.
