Only time Volvo was appealing was her first season. She was still dumb but like a Chrissy from Three's Company dumb--dumb as a box of rocks but cute and endearing. After the Underground Railroad incident, I was done with Porsha. She further solidified it when she picked with a fight with Kenya in Mexico and then went on to attack her at the reunion. She's been vile since.

Nene WAS popular because she was the underdog. Once she became top dog, she became a twat.

And I understand why fans dislike Kenya but I don't understand hatred for her. IMO, she is like Nene in her first four seasons--the sh-t stirring, underdog with tons of charisma. Just a more polished version. That's why I always felt why Nene hates Kenya. She sees a smarter, more polished, younger version of herself.

Re: RHOBH

All I can say is, it's hard for me to believe you have too much pride to do ANY thing for money when you are on a trashy "reality" series such as RHOBH. Love you, Kim Richards -- and you, too, Vix -- but let's be real. (Lisa Rinna has said on record she'll never go back to DAYS again -- but if they pulled up to her house with a wheelbarrow full of cash...? You know she will backtrack and eat crow like an insane mofo. And that is what I love about the girl.)

It's well deserved given her actions. She is a professional beard/THOT, who barters her rancid vag for bag, cars, and clothes. I'd have more respect from her if she took a play out of Kim or Marlo [my girl] book and got some damn property. Some money. Legit businesses started. You can do all stupid sh-t after you get some investments under your name.

Here's what I think: Kim was talking out of her proverbial ass when she made that comment in Amsterdam. (By the way, that -- and Lisa's hellacious reaction afterward -- is what made me pay attention to this show for the first time.) She doesn't know anymore about Harry Hamlin than the rest of us do. But, you know that old adage, "where there's smoke, there's fire"? I think Lisa's reaction is very telling. I think there IS something going on in the Rinna/Hamlin marriage, and even though Kim was (and remains) clueless, she also struck a nerve.

IA, NBA. If Rinna were smart, she'd take the money and run. ED, too. Lisa Vanderpump might be terrific, but the others are just too toxic and I believe they can only bring out the worst in anyone who encounters them.

Porsha needs to go away. She is such a hypocrite. This was the same woman who was giving homophobic sermons as a preacher and talking about prostitutes and sh-t and now she's on here acting the complete opposite. I cannot with her.

    • I'm pretty sure this ep is  from Dec 73 From the Daytime Serial Newsletter Ian and Valerie Northcote are deeply concerned over Laurie's  life being increasingly dominated by hallucinations and fantasies about Georgina, the former owner of the house the Reddins recently bought and are now living in. Doreen Post (Linda Purl) was involved in that story .Perhaps she was going to be revealed as Georgina's daughter? Wonder how that story evolved and whether it was wrapped up before cancellation? and thanks to @skylark

    • Many thanks to @skylark and @DRW50!
    • Thank u so much! I love that show and the more I see of it the more I want to find more of it even if it’s just in script form. But that house and especially the room looked like Victoria Winters room from dark shadows lol  this was great find! Thanks
    • I genuinely thought when they said she had been throwing up, we were going to get a pregnancy story. I’m actually not convinced we aren’t. Especially the way she and Doug danced around her own infidelity.
    • Shouldn't it be the other way? I don't think Taylor Hayes is playing Rebecca Budig.

    • And the most detailed discussion I've seen from an industry figure about some of JFP's worst choices as a producer (steamrolling over writers) was from another woman, Megan McTavish.
    • IMDb is definitely incorrect, because the final week of episodes in 1974 is uploaded to Youtube in audio form, and Mark and Laurie are there until the very end. The last episode shows Mark going back to the priesthood. I looked at the newspaper and the earliest reference to their house being haunted by Georgina is in December of 1973. This is dated Dec 14, but this same synopsis ran in the papers until the end of December in other publications. So it must have been within those last 3-4 months. I think Stephanie Braxton joined around 1969-1970 so that's probably right. I saw it stated in other newspapers that David Gale joined around September 1972.

    • Opal having siblings could add to the story. However, it raises questions about Tad's adoption. Why were the Martins allowed to adopt him if Tad had aunts or uncles who could have cared for him?  Logic limited the number of possible Gardner's (and whatever Opal's maiden name was).  Even though Linda Thorson would have been a hysterical choice given her British accent.  Especially because SOD often published questions by readers who wondered why Tad and Jenny didn't speak like their mother.   All of which is still not an excuse for Tad's evil doppelgänger Ted.
    • And if I remember correctly, at one point, they were considering having Linda Thorson play Opal's sister.
