Members Jonathan
I don't see SMG returning at all. She seems quite snotty and I don't think she wants to be associated with a soap. Plus, La Lucci would freak out!
Members AllMyDaysatGH
Well. I hope she returns someday, because I love her!! ETA: AMC better not re cast Kendall, they just need to leave it alone. And I don't want to see another curly womb broad except for Alicia Minshew portraying Kendall, so!! I hope they don't consider that!! :\
Members quartermainefan
There just aren't words that say enough how I feel about this woman leaving the show. I will never forget that coma Kendell was in where she didn't shut up for a minute. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGqoBqQO1Xw
Members SFK
I'm not intimating that SMG is eager to return, but TPTB would of course jump at the bit if she even expressed a passing interest. Sarah is a snot, a rich snot who doesn't have to work again a day in her life, but she isn't exactly a hot commodity in LaLaWood. If Franco can deign to do GH (for whatever his reasons were), it's not unthinkable that someone like Sarah would consider it... short term. Once upon a time there was Porn Chic, it would be funny if Franco ushered in Soap Chic... folks like Gellar and Duhamel returning to their roots in this sad state of television. Members EricMontreal22
As ridiculous as talk about Josh Duhamel returning, etc, it's insane to think SMG would ever return to AMC. If she felt that staring on Buffy was beneath her, this woman is not returning to a soap. LOL
Members SFK
Then she will walk the earth jobless until she lucks out on the 21st century's equivalent of The Colbys sometime in her late forties.

Members DRW50
Yes, but Franco had never been on soaps. He wanted to look down on them. SMG and Duhamel have been on them, so they don't have that question. Given that she is friends with Eva La Rue, I guess there's always a chance, since I never thought Eva would come back after that 2002-2005 stint she loathed, but I think it would have to be very brief and the definitive exit for Kendall. I could see her returning for the last episodes, although I think Alicia would do that as well, and I think viewers might be more likely to want to see Alicia. Members Steve
I also doubt SMG would return. I got so sick of Kendall the past few years that I hope if TPTB do recast, it's a loooong way down the road.
Members reallyhateskateonlost
This means that Erica will have no family members at all in PV. This show is in deep do-do, the move cost them. Frons' big plan I'm sure.
Members Ann_SS
Good news. I can't wait for the Kendall flashbacks/visits to stop. ABC made sure the news of the high profile departures happened over weeks to soften the blow. They should not worry so much. AMC's ratings are solid though the demos aren't strong. Members EricMontreal22
Frons is a stupid man, but I'm not sure the move was even his idea--and if it was he doesn't want to be out of a job.
Members Ann_SS
Exactly. The move to LA is clearly a last ditch effort to save both AMC and OLTL. The move may or may not have been Frons' idea, but I bet the network made the decision because AMC and OLTL are much closer to cancellation that people realize. Both moves reduce production costs and buy these soaps a couple more years, no small thing.
