February 17, 201016 yr Member Maybe they return so AMC can kill Zach off. Thats the only way I can see Kendall staying or coming back without him Um, not to break the spirit of people reading this, but I'm pretty sure they're only coming back because they legally have to. The LA credits indicate Kaye's contract has not ran out yet, and we know Minshew is still with the show, so maybe they'd get sued if they didn't appear for their filming dates? LOL They signed a contract to work on AMC out of NY. ABC broke that contract when they shipped it across the country. They arent legally to bound considering the circumstnces Edited February 17, 201016 yr by Cheap21

Jerk deserves it! Doubt it. They wouldn't list Kaye in the credits if that were true. I think they sign contracts for periods of time not locations. he is still on contract but he is not bound by his contract. Contracts are pretty specific and location of the job would definetly be included. Its no different than any other job. This move was a special circumstance and it would be a dick move of ABC to try and enforce anything from anyone. When they told the cast about the move, they gave them the option to stay or go. Thorsten chose to go. Him coming back for a few episodes is bc he wants to, not bc he's being forced Edited February 18, 201016 yr by Cheap21
