December 11, 20178 yr Member I just saw the announcement for this. Apparently, it was a rights/money issue. So glad they'll continue. I have the entire series but will definitely be buying the DVDs as they are released!

January 20, 20188 yr Member Just watched an episode last night where Constance and Allison go shopping for maternity clothes. Such an elegant, classy presence on PP.
January 21, 20188 yr Member That was a very sweet tribute by Mia, and it's nice to know that she hasn't forgotten her TV roots.
January 23, 20188 yr Member Gena Rowlands looks great.Dan Duryea! I'm currently in 1966 ,just watched Steven and Betty's wedding. Glad we've moved on from Rodney's trial as it really dragged. Looking forward to seeing Ann Howard and how this story plays out.
January 23, 20188 yr Member The drumbeat after each scene, though, is ridiculous. It's like they thought PP was a comedy.

I'm really in the mood to watch this entire series again. It petered out in the last season after Dorothy malone was fired, but the first few years in particular were quite well done.
March 8, 20188 yr Member They've already announced the Part 4 DVD, out June 26! Here's the TVShowsOnDVD announcement too. I hope they keep this pace up! Edited March 8, 20188 yr by YRBB
April 12, 20187 yr Member Just started to watch the series... After watching 10 episodes, I can see why this took off.... well written characters, lots of character driven stories.. and I can't believe that Betty was going to be killed off so early when she's fascinating to watch.. neither good nor bad.
April 12, 20187 yr Member Tim O’Connor (Elliott Carson) has died. https://www.theunion.com/news/obituaries/obituary-of-timothy-j-oconnor/
April 13, 20187 yr Member Both the actors who played Connie and Eliot passing away within months of each other... I didn't know he was married for many years to Mary Foskett. She was on Secret Storm as Susan Ames for several years.
