Somebody posted somewhere that Jeff Branson will be Sharon's New love interest on The Young and the Restless.

Does anybody know if this is true?

I thought he accepted another role on another soap already?

This isn't true, every week someone is coming on as Sharon's new "love interest."

Seems like a certain fanbase is really trying to make this happen.

I do wonder if he is going some L.A. based soap because I saw this post-Emmy win interview and he was asked about new work and said something was in the works but couldn't really talk about it because it wasn't official but noted he was moving to L.A.

This rumour started with some nuts over on the CBS board. Enough said.

It's too bad it's not true. I'd like to see Sharon and Phyllis both with someone new. Nick can be alone for a good six months...at least.

I'd like to see what Nick, Sharon, and Phyllis could be with better writers in charge, and yeah, separated from each other.

The writing won't let that happen. Chance has to be dull to prop Billy.

I liked Jeff on GL but I think at Y&R he may have the same wretched writing he got at AMC. And being paired with Sharon is a dead end.
