If Rafe's feelings for Adam didn't need to be established, I still would have liked some character development for Rafe. What's his backstory? Was he in a long-term relationship? Did he spend his whole life in Genoa City? And so on.

So if everything is leading to a baby switch, that means they've basically got two major storylines playing at the moment: one setting up a baby switch and the other undoing a previous baby switch.

Baby drama has never been a good thing for any soap, this show needs to lay off the pregnancies, miscarriages, and possible baby switches for a few years after this current mess wraps up.

I don't see why they can't have romance, good romance in other storyline. But I'm being repetitive in that sense. This regime has never done a well-planned romance tale.

They were never switched, and Pheila kidnapped both Phyllis and Summer, it also happened a good time after both women had given birth.

Exactly, a lot of this stuff occurring on the show now has been discussed theoretically for a good 2-4 months on boards before it happened on screen.

But you guys are just being facetious about this right. You guys don't literally think MAB comes to the boards and "steals" our stories. LOL

They clearly want Sharon to be appear noble, to have done the "far, far better thing". So at least let her feel totally trapped - like she just told Nick he WASN'T the father for Summer's sake. But then was forced into the Jack-half of the lie. And wasn't so "Gee whiz, Jack - you're such a good brother. And now you'll be a good dad. Because it's you! YAY!!" It really just made me want to bitchslap her and I'm sure it wasn't the intention.

I know eh. That was an eye rolling moment.

I disagree. Two baby switches come to mind that were good and coincidentally, they were done by Tomlin/Whitesell......10 years apart. LOL Anyway, I don't want to get too much into it since we're getting off-topic here....unless you want to continue discussing this in the potpourri.

To me that would make him foolish. Why would an adult, professional gay man, fall in love with a straight, attached man with no hint of his feelings being reciprocated? especially if the man is his client. While this beat has been unappealing to watch (again it reminds me too much of college), it's part of Adam's game. He'll lie, cheat, steal even kill to get what he wants - and this includes seducing a man to keep his secret safe. If Rafe had found that box he'd go straight to Victor and Adam would be rotting in jail. this was pure CYA (pun intended). It just didn't work on a soap cause it's not the audience for raunch and the show couldn't play the truth of the scene that it was DL sex.
