Buffy Alum alert without character spoiler. Larry Bagby, as some may recall grabbed Buffy's Butt in Gym class only to be thrown on his own ass, is on today's Canadian. It took me all episode to put my finger on who this SUPER SEXY CUTIE was. He's also in Walk the Line as a member of Johnny Cash's band. I like seeing Actors on this show who are also in movies. Maybe the stigma of being on daytime, has vanished!! Please TPTB let him stay. He could be paired with any number of the ladies on this show.

Unfortunately, I was off today and watched on a New Mac day. Despite what some have said, I have not seen an acting improvement. Maybe she's toned down a bit but it was still a drag to an otherwise really good show.

It sickens me too dmarex, but the good thing is when Lily and Cane reunite CK won't be playing her but their reunion will be short lived

Oh please! You're still beating that old dead horse? No one believes you - not even your fellow CK haters.

Why can Cane go back to Oz and take Lily with him because neither of them are not needed

Neither of them are not needed? I completely agree! :)

Oh, especially when that topic didn't warrant a thread of its own and you know that if someone posted a thread about Colleen and Tammin Suresucks' portrayal and most posters posted something negative about her, you'd reply to every single post with your generic "Tammin is the perfect Colleen, how dare you insult her!"

Thankyou for proving that (a) you do not understand my posts at all and (b ) you are of the "Suresucks" mentality.

I have never set out to attack you (or anyone else) without provocation, so I don't see why you must pick apart everything I say.

The same can be said for you, what use was your response to the post I made about Chole in this thread and the use of the rolling eyes emoticon to boot ?

and (b ) you are of the "Suresucks" mentality.

Hey, it's fun, you should join the rest of us in it.:P

Even if TS did "sure suck" (which she sure DOESN'T), I wouldn't resort to childish name-calling.

Also, I find it ironic that you called TS that name. Were you trying to start a fight? If so, mission accomplished, but you're the one who always complains about the TS and CK arguments...

But weren't you the one trying to start something with your eye rolling and brining up a post I made in a completely different thread that had nothing to do with this one?

Whatever, can we get back to discussing the damn show...?

Back to topic, if everyone needs a few shots of Botox to soothe their brows then I'm willing to do it at cost (sorry, not running a charity here...) If Botox can't soothe your worries then how about some Restylane, Juvederm, Perlane? Intense Pulsed Light treatment? Dermabrasion?

Who am I kidding, everyone take a Valium.

Nikki's hairstyles are bothering me...the Bells are being a bit partisan, tsk tsk.

Y&R is not doing the republican ticket any favors. Nikki might have been popular back in the day, but LML and the US senate came between that love.

OMG, really? I loved that movie and thought Christian was hilarious.

Murray: Your man Christian is a cake boy!

Cher and Dionne: A what?

Murray: He's a disco-dancing, Oscar Wilde-reading, Streisand-ticket-holding friend of Dorothy, know what I'm saying?

Cher: Uh-uh, no way, not even!

Murray: Yes, even! He's gay!

Dionne: He does like to shop, Cher. And the boy can dress.

Cat, you crack me up!!:lol::lol:

Christian: (To Cher) Nice stems

I love that line! ;)

I loved it when he went to pick up Cher in a 1950s-style suit and Cher's dad goes "What's with you, kid? You think the death of Sammy Davis left an opening in the Rat Pack?"

Murray had the best quotes, though:

Murray: Woman, why don't you be answerin' any of my pages?

Dionne: I hate when you call me woman.

Murray: Where you been all weekend? What's up? You been jeepin' behind my back?

Dionne: Jeepin'? Jeepin'? No. But, speaking of vehicular sex, perhaps you can explain how this cheap K-Mart hair extension got into the backseat of your car.

Murray: I don't know where that came from. That looks like one of your little stringy somethin' or an others you got over here.

Dionne: I do not wear polyester hair, okay? Unlike some people I know like Shawana.

Cher: Dee, I'm outty.

Dionne: Bye.

Murray: Why do you got to go there? Why do you gotta go there? Is it that time of the month again?

Everybody: *gasps*

OMG!

I LOVE YOU BOTH!

I know everyline to that movie, and adventures in babysitting.

Niki's hair doesnt work in that SP style ebcause of the color and how tight they pull it up and how much hairspray they put in it. You can see all the work they put into it because of the color, as where with darker hair you cant. They also try to ahrd and way overdo it.

I don't like what Jack is doing to Adam, even though it's a case of "What goes around comes around" for Adam.....

I feel like the cat in that Tidy Cats commercial asking "Where'd everybody go?"......

I LOVED the music used in Friday's episode, it felt like old-school Y&R. The scores were sweeping and were an important part of almost each scene. Y&R hasn't used music like that in quite some time. The episode was quite enjoyable, barring the mess that is Eden. Most of us thought Rauch would screw up the production, but I think so far, things have gotten better with him there.

I noticed that the music in Monday's US episode was very dark (kinda like old school Y&R) and I liked it. I don't think I heard those dark pieces before, so let me know if they're new or not.

I liked what Jack did to Adam. Jack is trying to keep his hands clean. LOL

Re Thursday's ep

Nikki was now in a black sleeveless dress. Why in October in Wisconsin?

I liked the Karen.Victoria scenes. Karen if written well could be a good addition.

What was the point of having Katherine leave GCAC to pop in and see Neil and then return -couldn't she have phoned?

Who cares about River/Lowell?

The problem is these stories

Michael investigating Lowell's case

Heather badgering everyone about Victor and thhe dead guy(if they show that photo one more time...)

All the talk about N E on the brink

Restless style

There's no soapiness! No romance, emotions, hidden passions etc These stories should be the backdrop and maybe MAB is building to this ,but it isn't engaging on that emotional level

Does that make sense?

Agreed.

I have also personally never heard the music score used for the last two scenes on Friday's episode. It was like something out of a 1970's or 80's action show.

The music, especially with the Newmans, was great! It was so old fashioned! Loved it!
