Knots landing was one of the most requested shows people wanted to see streamed for years.  I certainly have been watching some early episodes.

I've been handpicking episodes from season 1 to 3 to watch again (Three sisters, Abby's arrival, China Dolls, Constant Companion, etc).  Sometimes I'm in the mood for a self contained episode

Incredible. Just a month ago, I was scrolling through one of the apps, ranting to myself about why certain shows have never been streamed yet, and here we are, Knots Landing as a leader on its platform.

I feel bad now though because I've already started with S1 again on DVD because who needs annoying and poorly-placed commercial breaks? Maybe I need to get over it and just watch on Plex if it helps in any small part to keep the show up there.

Well, I am finally in Knots Landing... the random placements of the ads is questionable, especially when there are dip-ins and dip-outs where the actual commercials are. Reminds me of when syndicated television networks put their own commercials in at random spots, or even movies.

I wish it, too, because I feel like it'd improve a whole lot of things. Especially the shadowing of a lot of scenes.

Peak for me were seasons 4-6, and I rank them 6, 5, 4.

In terms of episodes, the peak of the series culminates for me during the final 10 episodes of season 6.

Something I noticed, when JR crossed over in episode 2 in Season 1, Val's body language spoke volumes. It was like she was an abuse victim walking with her abuser(which is basically accurate), Joan Van Ark nailed that perfectly

One thing that funny is seasons 1-3 (which is usually voted the least favorite) the houses (especially Val & Laura's) looked best during those years. Later on the decorating choices can be questionable.
