Is that Denise Pence in the chip ad in the first one? (around 22 minutes) and who is the woman with the flat hair?

I've seen these before but no matter how many times I see them I love those scenes with Geraldine holding court (even if she apparently didn't know how to lock her front door). There are no Lois Kibbees in daytime now, much to our loss.

Dixie Carter with a cold sounds eerily like Sandy Dennis.

It's interesting to see Nancy mending, as that's something I don't remember her doing by the 1979 episodes, when she was presented as more sleek and professional. I wonder if it's a CBS vs ABC thing.
