She pimped out Carrie. I think Grayson was failing to bring in money to the agency and Carrie was having trouble booking gigs bc she was getting up there in age, so Grayson arranged for her to become a high end escort to mutually benefit both of them

As far as the MP B storylines becoming A.....maybe most but definetly not Matt...lol. Unless his stories also included Michael and Kimberly, he was relegated to some C level storylines...lol

Grayson also tried to pimp out Monique to some client but she saw through Grayson's schemes.

In the series finale, it seemed as if Sarah was to be written off the show. She spent most of the latter half of the show being a druggie, but in the finale her father came to town and Sarah eventually realized that she needed to become a better person. She then decided to move back to Iowa with her father.

If there had been a second season, they would have needed a major cast overhaul because they didn't use half of them anyway once Grayson had arrived and Monique/Adam/Grayson became the main focus. Hillary, Linda, Eric and even Brian had little to do during the second half.

They'd also added Julie's half-sister (or whatever) Anna as one of the models, scheming to take her David-replacement, Craig. It was their obvious attempt at a Sydney, right down to the hair.

I don't know why they thought the show could be carried solely by Romanov (who was fine), Samms (who was a ham) and creepy James Wilder. They would've had to do more with poor Linda Gray, who was already being marginalized. Linda and Eric were basically invisible by then, and Brian and Cynthia were sort of B-story, I think.

I agree with this.

I think the major problems with the constant retoolings on this show was the fact that this was serialized from the start, unlike Melrose who at the beginning had stand-alone episodes. Melrose did go through a few retoolings during the first season, but at the same time it wasn't as awkward as Models Inc where they would just suddenly decide to drop storylines randomly.

MODELS, INC. is the perfect soap for when I need some truly mindless entertainment that will provide me with tons of soapy developments.

Just pop any episode in and you're liable to get stupid arguments, catfights, kidnappings, breakdowns, etc. You really can't go wrong if you just want to relax and watch pure, unabashed soap.
