Members Chris B
SOD is so fricking behind the times. Josh Griffith was promoted to HW/EP ages ago, same for Maria Arena Bell as Co-HW. All you have to do is look at the credits. I don't think SOD has any idea who Y&R's new HW will be. I'll keep glued to what Toups has because he's a million times more reliable than that hack rag. It'll take time for new HWs to prepare their story bibles, so I don't expect an announcement anytime soon. Griffith/Bell are okay, but I still think the show has a long way to go. They've put the show in a good position for transition to a new HW, but it's still boring in parts, lots of LML-related stuff is going on and characters like Paul, Neil and Jill are suffering. Members Y&RWorldTurner
I doubt Sony/Bell will keep two Fi-Core writers on board as the show's official Head Writers... I'll wait until Toups officially confirms it.
Members DaytimeFan
The Fi Core issue IS an issue...however, I wouldn't be upset if Griffith and Arena Bell remained at the show. I won't believe the confirmation till I see it elsewhere. But I could think of much worse writers than Griffith and Bell. It's Hamner I want taken out. Members Y&RWorldTurner
Here's what SOD online says, it's a bunch of crap. http://www.soapoperadigest.com/news/breaking/ First of all, Josh has been EP for a while now and Maria has been his Co-HW since the strike started. Once again, I urge you all to wait until Toups confirms it.
Members Y&RWorldTurner
BTW, who knew Josh Griffith looked like this? I think Toups now has a pic for his profile of Griffith.
Members YRBB
lol I almost fainted just waiting for the topic to open. lol Gotta admit, though, when I read the first post and didn't know what was following, I wasn't too excited. More like "blah." Griffith and Bell are great as temp replacements, but I want someone from the old team, Natalie Minardi Slater or something. Members Y&RWorldTurner
Josh Griffith will most likely be kept on as EP, but not as the long-term HW. I just wish we knew who the latter will officially be soon...
Members Cat
This is good news, in my book. These two are solid. Let's hope they bring back a couple of the old stalwarts, like Minardi Slater, Shaughnessy, etc.

Members sheilaforever
Had no idea that she is an essayist but I told you guys all along that Y&R's current story about Nick/Phyllis/Sharon/Jack and their online magazine had her fingerprints all over it. She's here to stay.
Members Sylph
Anyways, Bill and Maria "live in a 14,000-square-foot Wallace Neff house in Bel Air that is furnished with a peerles assemblage of Art Deco objects and fabulously costly examples of 20th-century art".
