IMO the acting by D&D saved the train stuff, cause the premise of it was poorly executed to me.

LMAO you're not alone, the mags are panning Ryan's storyline big time. It's certainly not doing him any favors, and what I read upcoming, I predict the Ryan hate will be back full force on every board

Definitely, you gotta love the whispershouting :P

Didn't you love how sanctimonious Ryan was when he's the one who can't remember anything, and gotta love him saying he never meant to hurt Kendall and showed no remorse when told he did. Uh yeah you did mean to hurt Kendall, you married Greenlee to hurt her

Ryan: The Golden Age

I have no idea why Ryan is complaining these days about losing his memory. It seems as if he is living in a golden age with him not having to support himself, everyone feeling sorry for him, two children that he does not have to pay for since Annie, Zach/Kendall pretty much take care of both of them, and still gets to read his Dynamite Kiddo comic books. Of course his life is one whole woe is me soap opera that we have to hear nothing but pontificating and hearing about how the Gods have not blessed him with good tidings, such as one that claims George W. Bush is the most honest man on this Earth. This golden age also encompasses women with D size breast cups as well as some lizards that actually like to lick someone all over to give them a nice litte buzz. Forget Dynamite Kiddo booze but you can get a buzz from someone else. Seriously it is not all bad for Ryan losing his memory since there are so many benefits to it. I mean he can just sit back, relax, and watch Dynamite Kiddo re runs on the TV. Meanwhile, everyone else is working a job, paying bills, getting bikini waxes (including the men), counting President Bush's lies by 5s, trying to see if they can give Liz Taylor another walk down the aisle, and who knows what else. Ryan does not need to work since he forgot all of his Dynamite Kiddo skills due to not having his memory back. Well that just means he does not deserve a job. Heck he probably forgot the skills to work at the local Dynamite Kiddo Burger Barn to serve the superhero salad, utility belt cheeseburger, strong freedom fries (Ryan is now an anti French person), douchebag chili, and pretty much anything you can imagine to order at one of those little joints. Who knows what else will happen with Ryan not having his memory but it does look like it is in his corner. I mean pretty much everyone is probably hoping he does not remember because then it is back to his holiness' pontificating, sanctimonious, self righteous, hypocratic crap that accompanies what Ryan is all about if you know what I mean. There is a lot in store for Ryan not remembering. Let's hope the show realizes this and makes sure that he does not ever recall anything.

It's wonderful, of course, to see Jangie reunite (well, almost reunite - gotta wait 'til Monday), but ... I don't know ... the whole sequence felt lacking to me, somehow. Like, B&E get that reuniting them is a big deal, but they don't really get it. Know what I mean? It was great, but it wasn't Praise-the-Lord-and-pass-me-the-Kleenex great.

The rest of the show was an absolute blur to me. Except, Ryan's a douchebag (dude, get it through your damaged brain - Kendall has moved the hell on), Kendall and Greenlee's "friendship" still makes no sense, and Alicia Minshew is officially too damn thin.

Oh, and what the frak are these people doing drinking champagne at a "heart-conscious" fashion show? Is Korbel heart-healthy?

OK, I found it on youtube. Just amazing! I'm watching it over, and over again. I can't get enough of it.

My personal opinion, is that they should've dragged out the reunion for just a little while long a la Tad and Dixie the first time around when he had amnesia and came back from the dead.

Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to more Debbi and Darnell. I hope their storyline will take them on the run like Luke and Laura.

Debbie and Darnell were amazing yesterday. I felt like I was running after the train with Debbie and the tears were streaming down my face. Thanks to Angie and Jesse we have something to get excited about!

And I'm all for the elimination of Ryan......good eye candy but I've come to hate his character.

LOL...that is a good one Ryan.... I was unable to see yesterday's episode, but will watch this weekend on SoapNET, but it sounds good. What is up with the fashion shows on soaps lately??? Are TPTB trying to fulfill the supermodel fantasies of their stars???? I am in agreement with everyone saying that Ryan Lavery needs to go. I say when Jeff Branson leaves, he takes Cam Mathison with him. The character of Ryan Lavery has been ruined beyond repair and the only thing left is for B&E to write him off.

Ryan Chandler...love your signature banner. Could you help me find another one to use??? Or anyone on the board for that matter. . . .

    • Strangely, it was Phillip who invited Evie to go to the ball with him. She had been taking care of Samantha, so I guess it was a way to thank her for helping Justin after Jackie's death? So she was not invited by Vanessa. Phillip brought her as his plus one. That Evie stayed on the canvas so long is extremely odd, especially since Ben was gone way before her. My theory is Marland was going to bring Rita back, so they wanted Evie to remain in place as her sounding board. When he left and Potter was still EP, that might have still been the plan. Once Kobe came in, that would have been thrown in the dumpster along with a lot of other story plans and characters.
    • Nina and Portia are generally presented as entirely too savvy to not think this ketamine (don't even GET me started on that) nonsense wouldn't immediately blow up in their face. Drew, the ex-navy seal and congressman, wouldn't get a drug test immediately after acting wildly out of character? Portia allowed this to so easily be traced back to her by roping in Brad, a man who can't stand her? Nina didn't think Willow would Stand By Her Man? Girl, PAY ATTENTION! I also find it disturbing how BOTH of them are gaslighting Willow. It feels gross. They should have presented Gio as anything other than a responsible, genial and affable guy if they wanted us to buy any of Dante's ranting about him. You've known this kid since he was a baby and suddenly you're yelling at him like he's the devil incarnate? It was so forced. Every one of them, including Dante, know that they all would have done the same thing in Gio's shoes. Teen gets drunk, friends cover for them. Gio's only 5 years older than him, barely allowed to legally drink himself. How was he to know the kid had alcohol poisoning? Alexa Havins crying every day over keeping a baby secret. Ahh memories. Molly and Kristina are just the worst to their mom and Alexis allows it. Kristina does need to be committed, she's a danger to herself and others. I wish Alexis would just tell her that she knows. I can't wait until Molly finds out about her almost getting Ric and Liz killed. I need her to body slam Kristina. Sasha thinks she knows EVERYTHING. She's always giving advice and painted as right no matter what. And so holier than thou while carrying a married man's baby.
    • Correction, Chicago Hope 1994/95 was initially Thursday 9 pm, a CBS dead zone and head-to-head w/ Seinfeld. 1994/95 CBS Thursday 10 pm initially was Eye to Eye with Connie Chung. Later in the season CBS did a scheduling shift with Chicago Hope moving to Monday 10 pm, Eye to Eye with Connie Chung moving to Thursday 9 pm, and 48 Hours moving from Wednesday 10 pm to Thursday 10 pm.

    • A--I wish someone would post a better vid of the entire ball, as it must be out there. And B--nope. Evie is only in a small segment of the ball with Phillip, Rick and Mindy. She doesn't dance at all. Ross dances with Helena and Amanda. I'm not even sure why Evie is at the ball---Vanessa heartily disliked her. I did see that Billy actually asked Henry to introduce him to Vanessa, which I hadn't realized.
    • Honestly, they should've ordered more of 2000 Malibu Road for the 1992-93 midseason and aired it when Knots went on a break. That was probably their best shot.    Then of course they fumbled Central Park West by airing it in the 9PM slot instead of a 10PM slot where it would've been away from the Fox dramas. CPW got its best rating by airing randomly on a Sunday and when it was taken off the air for a "re-tooling", Party of Five's ratings actually had a spike, so clearly they were feeding off each other. But being a smaller network focused on a certain demographic, Fox could afford to be patient Party of Five, CBS couldn't...
    • Agree on Bruce Gray as Owen; they needed to cast star power. He was too lightweight against Kim and he had no chemistry with Frances Fischer except more gay buddy or daddy figure.  I loved Nola and Eliot together though. Lee Godart should have been longer term.
    • Andre has the worst fashion of the males which is off putting for someone as fine as he is. His jackets and sweaters look dated and no vintage does not work for him
    • I don’t recall MSW having a toy line in the late 80’s or early 90’s like all those Saturday morning cartoons did LOL but thought this was cute when I saw it in a vintage toy store yesterday:
