I've neverl iked her version of Collen, but they wrote her as such a flake. But damn Y&R for penalizing her because she's not a size 0. I'm not one to talk since I am, but a woman's dress size shouldn't determine her job security.

When's even more sad is they're making the entire younger set all about Amber. I mean, WTF?!?! That trash has no ties to the show, but of course LML loves her.

This is just..............whatever! AL is great as Colleen! There is nothing wrong with her. Why did they let her go? If it IS because of her weight, thats disgusting for them too do something like that!

Regardless of the reason, i am going too miss AL so much!

She didn't even get too say goodbye too the cast! WTF? Is this normal behavior in the soap world? I can not even imagine getting a call saying that i was fired and my last day on set was my official last day with the show. WTH is going on with this show anymore.....

ETA: If they are trimming down the cast, i suggest getting rid of Ameila and CK!

Do you think LML intentionally wrote the body-image story to somehow force Adrianne Leon to lose weight?

I'll miss her as Colleen. My favrotie moment was when she told off Victoria at the engagement party.

The character wasn't the easiest to like, but I enjoyed AL in the role, and I thought she made it her own. Plus she and Greg Rikaart had off-the-charts Hate Chemistry. As far as her looks/body-size are concerned, she looked curvacious and very Sophia Loren-like pretty, far prettier than some of her skinny contemporaries, I would say.

And I am ::STUNNED:: that she gets fired but the awful Adrienne Frantz playing Albino Porn Whore is still on the show!

ETA: And if Adrianne was fired because of her weight, she should sue the pants off Y&R. They knew she gained weight do to some medication she was taking, hence IMO them dressing her in all those dark colors. Regardless of that, she's the best young actress on the show. And Colleen is an Abbott AND a Carlton. And now Eyal's character is in a really bad position if they don't re-cast Colleen with another actress he has chemistry with because right now the character of Adrian Korbel has no purpose if he's not with Colleen because he's not tied to the canvas.

Come on now. Adrienne Leon has always reminded me of a werewolf. Weight gain? More like fur gain, by the light of the moon. You can't have her going around, biting the rest of the cast of Y&R, spreading the gypsy curse. She has always freaked me out.

Agreed...the whole show revolves around Amber. It is disgusting!! I am seeing less and less of Y&R as of late. I will say MTS is next to leave...just a guess.
