Help please. Every time I log in and search the site, the pages take anywhere from 30 seconds to over a full minute to load. Is there anything that can be done about this?

If you come to the site anywhere between Wed-Friday, then yes, the site will be slow. It's because of the high amount of traffic that our spoilers get.

And just to add to what Ryan said, the board also slows down on Thursdays and Fridays because of increased traffic from the Ratings postings.

It's impossible to log in only on Wed-Friday.......

But since I change the board face back to the original skin, loading has improved a bit for me...

The board is a little bit faster when I am offline. But online it is so slow. It took a whole 6 minutes for the page to load completely. It takes anywhere between 6 to 7 minutes for the page to load for me. And I have high speed internet. I feel like I am back to the old days of dial up. Which is never good.

Why are these pages taking so damn long to download?Its ridiculous.I've been on other message boards and they don't take long to download and I use a modem.

I don't like to be a complainer but when it takes this long to load, I have to think something is amiss and needs to be brought to your attention.

I am looking into the problem further, as I do not believe the reasons we have been stating all this time is in reality the cause of the slowness.

This site is merely entertainment for all of us so I don't to be too pushy, but there is a problem and I think you should be aware of it. I loved the new sharper look but went back to the SON BLUE to see if it would help . It helped a little, but not much.
