Is Passions being cancelled?

This is such sad news for Passions fans, if it turns out to be true. I don't watch the show, but you all have my sympathy. I've watched soaps for most of my life and I just feel the genre slipping away. It's hard to take.

Since the day JER backtracked from setting Whitney free from that hoodrat Chad and suddenly had her panting after her brother in the most disgusting manner, I prayed for this day. This is the only way for Brook to be free of working with Divins, and if it must happen via unemployment, so be it. I prayed HARD. And now it has come.

A new day is born. The end of Passions has finally arrived. Down with Incest. Down with glorified rape. Down with shoving horrific couples down people's throats. Down with backstage setups that dictate storylines. Down with favoritism. Down with it all.

The only one I want to see on another show is the Monkey. She paid her dues!!!

I agree. While PASSIONS isn't my soap, it does have its fans. I'm sure many will be devastated if this cancellation happens.

I don't want Lindsey Hartley anywhere near ABC. I want her on Days or CBS. I don't think she will go out east thought. I am thinking B&B or Y&R since Days has no place for her anyway.
