I need some help here. I totally missed Brooke. Where was she. I really wanted to see today because it was Julia's last day, and now I missed her, not once but twice. Please some one tell me so that I can catch it on Soapnet this weekend.

Well - you must have been blinking....lol. Anyway you could see her sitting with Jamie and Julia at the funeral service in the opening. Then after the opening, during the credits, Brooke comes up to Dixie and asks if there is anything they can do for Tad. Dixie says that she could give Tad a child he so desperately needs. Then Brooke asks, "So did you find a new lead on Kate?" - Dixie says, "No."

Yup, then Julia just left the studio and never came back.

I hope she had the foresight to clean out her dressing room (if they still let her have one) weeks ago. Imagine the embarrassment of leaving work after 30 years, thinking you'd come back to a big final day with coworkers and friends, hugs, kisses and goodbyes -- only to be unceremoniously dropped without notice and then have to go BACK and clear out your desk!

Then again, with this Frons-Carruthers driven AMC, it wouldn't surprise me one iota.
