thats what I want to know. Someone brought up on page 1 her trashing people in SOW.

Well, I see it as wrong when someone repeatedly mentions everyone they work with and had worked with but fails to mention one person who played her best friend on the show and who she worked with ALOT for the last 3 years. I mean she hasn't mentioned her once so people are going to read into it, especially considering the ego Farah has and such. I do think it is wrong to an extent because it implies that there are problems and things like that should be kept in house and that is usually the way a show wants things to go down. Plus, she could be the bigger person if there is a problem and include Martha once in awhile. Marthat has mentioned her a few times from what I have read. It's all fair game since we were discussing her history with being outspoken and the like and someone mentioned Martha so I just brought up my feelings and observations.

I don't think there is any reason whatsoever that Farah has to mention Martha. I don't read anything into it, but I have better things to do than worry about who is friends with whom. Farah has known Cookie and Kyle a lot longer, and is closer to them, no biggie.

I'm more concerned with how this show is going to pull itself back together again.

Well I was just saying I thought it was weird is all. Someone mentioned about her not talking about Kirsten and I just brought up how she doesnt talk about Martha either. It really is no big deal to me lol.

No big deal Mar? I think you wanted to stir the pot with this, just like Terri did when she posted the article.

Well, yeah it's a good obversvation. But it's almost like you think it's wrong that Farah doesn't mention Martha. Whether you like Farah or not, lets be fair here.

Drew, you don't know anything about Willenfan(Mar) like I do. She intended for this to stir up some bashes against Farah.

But if she and Martha do not hang out or get along, why mention her at all? Farah is good friends with Kyle and Jason. So what? She's probably not the best of friends with Martha. We don't know. Obviously, they're not as close as she is with Kyle and Jason. Does that make Farah a bad person? NO! If I'm not close to someone, I'm not going to pretend that everything is fine and talk about how much I enjoy working with the person. I would be like Farah, take the higher road, and not mention the person. That's always best. Farah is being the bigger person in this situation. She doesn't mention Martha. End of story. Does that make her unprofessional? Not at all. She could be trashing her. Then, I could see where people would jump down Farah's throat.

But to say that Farah is a bad person with a huge ego because she doesn't mention Martha in her interviews is absurd. It's just fans reading too much into things that are none of their business.

Exactly!

Who cares? They're at work. They're not getting paid to be best friends. I don't believe there's any other show but Days where the young actors are expected to be as tight in real life as they are on screen.

Exactly! I think that's the reason Farah and Kirsten aren't living together anymore. They were too close and bumped heads. At least they are still friends.

How could posting an a public article be stirring the pot? Did you run over to SC where they are falling at the feet of Saint Farah and tell them they are stirring the pot? Or is that judgement reversed for those that can see past the bullsh!t?

A public article posted on a public message board....oh the horror

I agree, I don't get it. The articles are a matter of public record so to speak because they are in publications anyone can purchase.

What confuses me is that FF told us she asked to be let go, now she might want to stay? Does Fath wield that much power that she can be so vague about it all?

As for her not mentioning MM, I think MM should consider herself lucky given some of the back handed compliments FF has given out recently.

I agree, although it would be interesting to see why Connor stays away from the family, aside from the fact his mother and brother are losers and Mimi ain't that great either.

I think this is clearly a case of Farah putting her foot in her mouth once again and having to backtrack. She should be lucky the show still wants her, and she has a sizeable fan following.

Honestly I wouldn't mind seeing Connor in general, but in context of what I see as an overly large cast, I just have reservations I guess. Referring to someone so often over the years and never showing him is an effective little way of buliding up anticipation, and I've always been interested in the wrong-side-of-the-tracks aspect of the Lockharts to be honest. Seeing how Connor differed from the rest would hold the same interest for me as seeing how Billie and Kate differed once did (long ago!).

But I guess I feel that the family they should focus building up is the Horton family. All other new characters should be plot-dictated, and off canvas when the plot is over unless they really really catch on with the audience. It's a logistics thing for me I guess.

I posted the article so people could read it. Get over it. Not everyone likes Farah.

I dont know what person you are from soap city but people over here hate Farah so get used to it. I BTW I have to laugh at you trying to attempt to turn Drew against me won't work. Trust me lmao.

I beleive the show is doing just fine. Maybe not to your liking however.

As for commenting on the article, there is nothing wrong with that so I don't see what you are implying. The poster posted the article and we all commented. If they feel a certain way about Farah, the fine. Drew and I got into it in this thread over bringing up Martha but we had differing views and I actually learned something I didn't know. It was no big deal and things are fine. I don't think anyone has had a hidden agenda or done anything wrong here.

What did she say about her co-stars?

Hmmmm, so, let's see..........

So, it's terrible if Farah doesn't mention Martha, but it's OK for Martha to not mention Farah?

And, hmmmm, so it's not OK for Farah to change her mind about a storyline after working with Darin for a little bit?

Oh, and hmmmm, after seeing where her storyline is going, it's not OK for Farah to change her mind and decide maybe to stay?

MAYBE it's possible that she wanted to leave initially because her good friends were leaving or had already gone?

But, it's OK for Martha to diss the person she replaced publicly in a magazine. It's OK for her to throw a party for Farah as a photo-op only for herself. It's OK for her screen mother to have to try to promote her. It's OK for her to entice her equally-publicity-hungry-love-interest-sort-of-replacement-actor to go on a message board where actors are publicly dissed and she says nothing? Does anyone question that or maybe how Martha might treat FARAH??

Oh, of COURSE not!!! Cause it's Farah!! DOH! How silly of me!

I could care less about who Farah is friends with offscreen. I DO care about the sub-par, half-assed performances she delivers on-screen. And whining about her storyline when vastly superior veteran actors have been fired or are stuck on the backburner doesn't help matters.

Well Mar, what puzzles me is that you swore you loved Farah. You even proceeded to claim having a panic attack after you slammed her and someone called you on it. Why do you post at her board if you are a fan? And why does she have to mention Martha? Does she have to be friends with her? So what if she said something about her story, NEWSLFLASH....Peter and Kristian have also made fun of their storylines. I know for a fact that some Shawn and Belle fans loved Jason, couldn't get enough of the poor guy until the minute he expressed his affection for wanting to work with Farah. Poor guy, I guess no one told him he had to only express his love for Martha and his total life allegiance to Belle and Shawn.

I sense that TPTB maybe are now getting their heads on straight and realizing that they might need to offer these young ones an opportunity to test out the waters. If Farah had an ego she would be saying that she would definately get picked up somewhere for pilot season, but she seems to imply that it is a test and she could either get it or not. Let's face it, these group cannot afford another popular young person to exit. First Kirsten, Kyle, Jason, etc. Maybe they have finally realized to let these younger ones test the water and let them have the ability to come back.

Let's be fair Terri and Deb, Farah wasn't fired and for some, that seems some pretty tough stuff to swallow.

You mean vastly supurb actors like, uh, Martha? Oh, no, I forgot about the matriarch!

Why does anyone care who she is or isn't friends with offscreen? Why does it matter if she failed to praise Martha in an interview? Wah.

What in the world are you all talking about? What storyline has she been whining about?

And where is this said article where she bashed three of her costars?

This is all making my head SPIN.

Great post dear. :D You have quite the way with words.

As goes Politics, so spins acting. At the time, Farah was not so happy about being paired romantically with Shawn as she says here.
