Okay, I am officially over Bold & Beautiful. This show is beyond ridiculous right now. Bradley Bell needs a vacation or something because he is doing nothing but recycling storylines. I HATE Bridget right now SO MUCH!!! I can't begin to describe the damage done to this character. Thank God Jennifer Finnigan left because I just couldn't see her playing the role now.

WTF is up with Thorne trying to hook up with Taylor and Darla has been dead like two seconds???? And the monster formally known as Taylor is beyond discussing. And what's up with Hunter Tylo's face? Some days she looks okay other days she's downright scarey looking.

Susan Flannery is usually what keeps me tuning in, but I just can't take it anymore. I need a break. Does anyone else feel the same?

Well the show certainly went downhill the last few months. Simply because the writers can't decide whether they want Bricky or Nicket, Ronna or Bridge etc...

I quit watching the show a few months ago, but I lost most of my interest ever since Thomas took the back burner almost a year ago. Face it: within a few months the three girls he ever loved or cared about; Amber, Caitlin and Gaby were written out by Bell. Drew Tyler Bell is a marvelous young actor. it's a shame mr. Bell doesn't see what talent is. Dan McVicar(Clarke) and Lesley Ann Down(Jackie) are also great actors who are sadly overlooked.

Theory to get thing spiced up again:

Thomas returns to LA with Steffy. Within weeks Amber comes back to town. She is still good old Amber, except for the fact that she doesn't have this obsession to become a mom. Steffy is smitten by Harry, Phoebe by Shane and Thomas never really forgot about Amber. Although they know that their parents will never allow these relationships Thomas, Steffy and Phoebe team up and create false alibi's for eachother so they can be with the person they love. Imagine the vulcanic blowup from Ridge and Taylor when they finally realize what happened behind their backs

I tried to watch B&B today but couldn't do it. This whole recycling of Brooke Nick Ridge and Bridget garbage is unbelievable to me. And now I seen in the previews Bridget is pregnant!! Please....this show is sleezy and downright stupid in the writing. It used to be one of the best soaps on the air. Sad!

B&B is the most repetitve soap, even more so than Passions. How many times has Ridge jumped back and forth between Taylor and Brooke? Or Brooke between Nick and Ridge? How many times has Stephanie decided to put her grudge against Brooke down only to go back to actively hating her full force? How many times has Brooke slept with someone in Ridge's family. This has been going on for years, long before Passions even hit the air and its still going on. The same storylines keep repeating

Bridget being pregnant again, presumably with Nick's baby, is just about the last straw for me!

I rarely watch an episode these days - reading the spoilers is bad enough!

I'd love to know what Bradley Bell is smoking these days: does he honestly think reuniting Nick/Bridget is what most viewers want?

My suggestions for fixing the show:

Put Brooke into a permanent relationship with anyone, I don't care who(Ridge or Nick or Thorne or bring back Deacon). End the constant Brooke wavering between two guys. It's time to make the character much stronger.

Bring back Sean Kanan. Deacon could be involved with any one of the female characters. It'd at least give Leslie Ann Down a decent SL again.

A return to SLs focused entirely on the fashion business. Either reinvigorate Spectra(good for Sally & Clarke), or introduce a new rival company to Forrester.

Make better use of a very talented cast, in particular Sally, Clarke, Jackie and Eric.

Get rid of Donna - just a reincarnation of Y&R's Grace Turner.

And, last but not least............give Stephanie her balls back, have her really hating Brooke again.

The Susan Flannery/KKL scenes are usually the best on B&B, if written well.

True, but the Bell soaps success triumph from there triangles IMHO. The things is new dynamics are added to the triangles and the acting is superb. Look at Nikki/Victor/Ashley(Y&R), that was pretty popular but after the sperm fiasco...With Passions it's repetitive because there is no growth. B&B "back in the day" was a force to be reckoned with, now...not even close.

I HATE what has happened to B&B. It should have been nominated last year for a flawless second half. Brad is seriously burned out. I'm not even going to force myself to watch this rubbish.

The same thing that happens on B&B all the time. Great character, great story, story over, Bell doesn't know what to do with the character anymore, character goes on back burner, character get written off show. Becky, Pierce, Grant, need I say more??

BB is repetitive, unoriginal & somewhat boring

How many times will Brooke be fighting over 2 men or 2 men fighting over her?

How many times will 1 guy f*ck mother & daughter?

How many times will people cheat on their significant others?

BB has too much focus on lead actors (Flannery, Lang, Moss, Wagner etc) that the supporting roles are barely even supporting ones. Better character development is needed.

The White And The Beautiful? The show is based in L.A., California, and in that county, at least 40% of its legal residents/citizens are non-caucasians.

With the decline in quality, the chances of BB expanding to 1hr seem remote. It seems like Bradley Bell will continue to be Executive Producer & Head Writer until a serial (GH or DAYS?) surpasses it in the ratings. Bell should be demoted or fired from both positions.

Talentless Drew T. Bell should be fired. Accomplished Lesli Kay should not return to ATWT.

Adding my name to the list of the dispirited. I've never seen this show so adrift, lost and wallowing in crap. I am a Day One viewer but cannot watch this awfulness for the time being. Brad Bell should have been relegated to EP long ago, and B&B could do a lot worse than poach one of the Y&R writers to bring the show some coherence and direction.

That is never going to happen, as I said in one previous thread about B&B. At least, it's quite unlikely. Because he will have to fire himself, since his family owns the serial. Not CBS.

And the ratings are not falling so CBS won't do anything about it probably.
