I want to thank you for sharing this. THis is one of the concise, pointed, coherent testaments against Sanders and his ilk. I tend to agree with Marceline. I think Bernie is ultimately going to die off. There are faces that are showing now that we haven't seen before. Kamala Harris, Jason Kander, even my own Senator Tammy Duckworth.

I guess good for CNN and all I can say it's about time. Even though they carried the water for Trump for nearly a year, they became the targets for most of the animosity and the chants at his brownshirt rally's but really how was MSNBC any better? Other than the nighttime lineup of Hayes, Maddow, and O'Donnell, the rest of them kissed Trump's you know what as much if not more than CNN, including the coverage of the rally's.

I am telling you most people don't want that stupid wall aside from a small segment of our population. Texas especially has no desire nor does California. There is already a fence anyway which both Bush and Obama spent money on repairing parts of it.

Don't think the calls and such don't matter because people are paying attention now. We just all need to keep it up ongoing. And something like this, selling off National Park Land, is not something that I believe is partisan. https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2017/feb/02/republican-selling-public-lands-bill-withdraw-jason-chaffetz?CMP=share_btn_tw

I think someone already debunked that account, but some is probably true. But I don't buy Preibus being some super Washington organizer and knower of all. Clinton's CoS was his CoS in Arkansas and was a disaster as CoS as President which is why Panetta was brought in. I just don't see Preibus as being that competent.

Oh thanks I am on Trump overload and haven't paid much attention to what's happened today. Had no idea that there was an agreement already in place but seems like a moot point as the State Dept confirmed it.

Illegal immigrants from Australia? Is this because of the phone call? What illegal immigrants from Australia? Am I missing something or is this guy just looney tunes.

Well that is actually the best case to be made. And it hasn't seemed to hurt their sources or the leaks they get. I wish the NY Times would get their spine back. At times it's shown but then they soft peddle stuff or hide it like not disclosing that dossier on Trump before the election, even though they had it.

Not discounting but there was a time where candidates were required to get equal time. I am not talking as much during the GA season but during the primary season, they all should have gotten equal airtime. And I apply that to both sides.

H1B visas IMO are far more damaging and is something not one person speaks about. Every year the quota is increased and the intent has been bastardized. Bringing in people through H1B Visas to work in the Hospitality industry when many of the jobs they fill are unskilled is ridiculous. Also firing American workers as Disney did firing all those tech workers and refusing severance unless they stayed to train their H1B cheaper replacements is also something that should be restricted.

I believe every bit about Preibus. I don't think any of these people have a clue how to manage the white house and all are like bulls in a china shop. Clinton if I recall replaced his CoS after a year due to problems and the lack of structure and organization. That's when Panetta became CoS.

I think Trump ends up impeached. And no I don't think either he or Bannon are smarter than the people in DC who are much more cunning and diabolical. They give him latitude so it gives them cover and gut what they wanted to all along, he continues to do things like this muslim ban, diverts attention away from them, and at some point something too big to ignore that will turn off more from Trump , other than his cult of course. It might be a Kent State type event where young white people are killed, or maybe like the tragedy that happened in Quebec where a Mosque is attacked and many are killed. Again his core won't care but many will. And then the Ryan's can come in as the saviors saving America's freedom. It's makes me sick to see one devil being replaced by yet another who is more clean cut and "American"

I just read the ACLU got 20 million dollars in online donations from Sat to Sun. They normally get 3 to 4 million a year online.

https://www.buzzfeed.com/tariniparti/koch-network-official-calls-trump-ban-the-wrong-approach?utm_term=.ttkN8nA7bG#.ttkN8nA7bG Koch Brothers speak out against ban. In what world do the Koch Brothers and Bill Kristol become the Republicans with sense. Since they own Ryan and Pence, I wonder how this impacts their positions?

I just wonder if the momentum can continue or if people end up exhausting out. Seriously I think much of the country was looking forward to not having the daily dose of Trumplestain. IMO it wore out long before the end of the campaign season.

I don't know somewhere in the back of my mind this was by design. Or at least part of it. I think the signing of the executive orders one after the other makes it appear as if he's getting a lot done when in fact most of them will not stand up or are unneeded. Like the EO on prohibiting lobbyists to interact or work with members of his cabinet and then after for 5 years. I don't know why an EO is needed for that plus why does it matter when you're still not getting rid of lobbyists influencing congress. And the one for building the wall, there have been several GOP house members saying that they don't want it because most of the residents of Texas don't want it. Not sure if the money can be officially appropriated without House approval. The problem is Trump's own fixations with crowd sizes, fake voter fraud, Neilson ratings have overshadowed all this.

ie: @VEE Protests a waste of time and a distraction ^^Tom Nichols has already been spreading that on twitter. Calling the protests a waste and giving a botched rollout of an EO a win because it makes him look tough. He's assuming if the story was the rollout was botched, any of his base would care one way or the other. By the way apparently Secretary Kelly, head of Homeland Security, in charge of enforcing this EO was not involved in crafting it and was handed it to rollout after the fact. Allegedly not happy.

I don't know that anyone including me had an belief in China having altruistic motives. It's all about power and upping the United States and showing the world they have some level of stability due to the economic position and "leadership" in areas that are considered progressive. I agree with the above is that we will no longer be able to exert any influence as our alleged image of as was said above "good stewardship" and being a good neighbor fall off. On a side note I have to laugh at the Americans(mostly people on the left) praising Theresa May and believing she upped Trump. Clearly many people don't know her or her politics.

While the EO on the ban is scary, there are constitutional grounds I believe for getting it overturned. The one regarding the NSC IMO is scarier http://www.politico.com/blogs/donald-trump-administration/2017/01/white-house-to-issue-3-new-executive-orders-on-nsc-lobbying-and-isis-234309
