Okay, now this is leading but also a tease. Possibly you didn't meant it to be. Exactly what did you think of Philece's years as Donna Love? Me, I adored her as Renee on DAYS but didn't at all like her Donna Love on AW. Your turn?

I did not know this about the past with L&B money, or if I did I have forgotten it but I was able to get that that was the gist of her questions from what she did say. Absolutely! Her lie is going to be so hard to support when the truth could've been effortless. People get guilty & behave so stupidly. Trina saw Jagger there so there's no way Ava can keep that a secret, and what of it, so she had a man there, overnight, big effin deal. Ava did herself NO favors! I just don't find his facial expression to be remarkable given what they saw! Yes, absolutely. We've had weeks of "what ifs". It's also only about 4 feet wide! I say hooray for the stunt people!

It was so totally stupid for Ava to stage that scene & make up a story, when the truth would have been so much easier to support. Dante saw through it instantly. But, he should not have even been there questioning Ava.

You're missing it. Ava told Jagger to take his bags with him. He did not. Krissy tripped over one of Jagger's luggage, which looked like an elaborate gym bag but clearly it was his & it was not where it was supposed to be. Ava TOLD HIM to get his luggage out of her living room.

So, tomorrow Dante is going to arrest ... Ava. Has to be. There's no one else arrestable. We should all be lined up right now on either Team Ava or Team Sonny. I know Avery is not James. She's not even Donna. But, she could hold onto Donna Lite, which brings me to my problem. I object to only having those two choice & so say NEITHER ONE! Really? You honestly think her not giving Pisser Hilton info about the baby was out of line?!!! I do not get that. I never will. She was just keeping private things private, as she should! There is no doubt in my mind that if she had explained who she was being a surrogate for and why that Tolly would possibly have killed her, after the baby was born, of course. Can you truly imagine a good outcome if she'd talked about endometriosis & NO EGGS & her sister Molly & her significant other, since they didn't marry .... BTW, I think the acting in this absurd story has been amazing, incredible, exceptional & I long ago accepted KVaganos as Molly & Kate Mansi as Kristina. I never had a problem with that. My problem is only with the writing of this stupid story. I had Staqe 4 endometriosis & I knew from the first week that we were in a lot of trouble!!!

My rose today was Ali/Blaze FINALLY laying down the law to Natalia. My thorn was Sonny treating Lois like some trash off of the street instead of the dear family friend that she is. Krissy going through the window & down a whole floor to land in the pool was my OMG. Feeling punny today?!

I think back to a year ago & go over in my mind, what happened. And, actually I believe Alarr was fired in August, but maybe the end of July works. The fan campaign was in high gear. Fran Drescher met with Ken & someone from Sony. And, she set it up for them to meet with her people. And, after that second meeting with SAG-AFTRA people, they changed from slap on the wrist to FIRING HIM. So, I of course thank Soap Jesus but I really seriously thank Fran Drescher & their union!!! I do wish that Peacock & Sony would get Ken to step down as EP & just remain as an Owner. The way I figure it Alarr was not only horrifying evil, he was also very aggressively active, so from that perspective, things are not as bad as they were, but I do not believe they are actually good.

Well, she is a serial killer, after all is said & done.

So, this is as good a time as any to say, what is it you are looking for? For me, it's for AW, March 15 & 18, 1985. Felicia & Wally are in a truck with Carolyn the gorilla in the back of it. Felicia is driving, apparently an 18 wheeler, but the brakes have gone out & they are on the downside of a hill, headed straight for the city, going faster & faster, screaming, lots of screaming, and they barreled into Tall Boys & did some damage. This used to be up, available but it's been MIA, I can attest, for years. The thing that I tire of is not this but it's related. And that is every Tom, Dick, Jane & Mary wanting their classic soap to be rebooted. I cannot tell you how many times I have said that this simply is not going to happen. Speculatively, I can go as far as saying, ignoring my own favorites, that Edge of Night would have the biggest chance of success.

DAYS has had more than one threesome, right? And, the last one, Alex doing an excellent impression of the supposed male fantasy with two women was definitely not a long time ago. We're DAYS fans. Aren't we somewhat accustomed to poor treatment?! And, BTW, look what showed up in my Facebook Memories as a year ago?!!

Technically it's not correct to say that NBC moved DAYS to Peacock. NBC, the network, has no control or authority over Peacock. The NBC network & Peacock are both answerable to NBCUniversal, their parent company. If we were looking at an organizational chart, I believe they would show up as peers. It would seem that NBC did want to get rid of DAYS but also that Peacock actively wanted it.

Well, today I had a thought but it seems none of you would care about it. That's fine. When they cast Harrington as Cates, many of you objected. Why not make him just anyone. Well, that question has now been answered. All this time Cates has been nursing an age old vendetta against Sonny for whatever the hell his reasons are, justifiable OR NOT.

You're not listening. It would take quite a lot to prepare these old videotapes. First they'd all have to be organized. Then, they'd have to be digitized. Likely title cards would have to be created. Next up, the question of music rights. Finally, servers, so many servers would be needed because the episode counts are so high. That is one reason why Jerome Dobson's recent announcement about Santa Barbara is very interesting. The show has less than 3,000 episodes, total.

I don't know but it seems to me that this is what they were going for with Brennan. Of course we wondered why Carly kept going to see him & spilling her guts to him. Now it seems like her judgment of his character & her intuition, was sound. I don't think that Valentin & Brennan end up in the same space, time or position.

They bring people back after strikes because they don't want the WGA to fine them. It's the law that their job is waiting for them.

Very often I talk to soap fans about this subject. I have authored & maintain a blog on "Streaming Classic Soaps". I do not whine about not understanding P&G. Instead I talk to soap fans about many things that would have to happen for classic soaps to be curated & how expensive & time consuming it could be, not even getting into how high episode counts would require so many servers. As far as I am aware, 5 different streamers approached P&G and P&G turned them all away, disappointed, saying, at that time, "We are no longer in the soap opera business."
