In 1989, have you gotten to the week of Felicia's birthday yet? I have a thing about that week. So, all along for years, fans ask me things about AW. One thing I was asked over & over was if I had any pictures of Linda Dano with long hair. By that they meant when she had the hair extensions in, which dates to that week in 1989 & the birthday bash with the Room of Mirrors where Jason Frame was shot. Well, I looked & looked & there simply were NO pictures. I figure Linda hated them & had them destroyed or something, maybe. So, I did screenshots so now I have those pix.

This is one of those moments when I am very likely going to say, WOW, you said a mouthful when you made this statement about MDP!!!

How did this happen? It's Sunday which means the weekend is almost over.

I posted this sentiment just yesterday. The post was about Drew. I said his sending Ric to Jason the way he did showed that he doesn't know his twin at all. I don't know what to think about Drew having Jason's memories unless it's not a thing anymore. If he understood Jason at all he'd know Jason is not going to speak about this not because of Drew but because of Michael. It was one thing for him to pay off Cody for his silence. But to attempt a similar stratagem with Jason via Ric was some kind of cosmic joke. And, it was quite funny that one moment when Ric thought Jason was gonna hit him & he looked absolutely petrified. The Ric I remember from before would not have been afraid of Jason. I am not as unhappy with the show as y'all are. I watch the whole show, daily. I watch in a group of fans & on commercials or when we stop tape, we discuss. Sometimes we agree. More often we do not. But it's fine. It's just discussion & debate with fan analysis. I think the people who say they watch for one character or one ship or one family are doing it wrong. I firmly believe soaps are & were written to be enjoyed as a whole. I'm the only one who likes Kristina. I'm the only one who wants to throttle Molly. Our common bond is that we are Carly & Jarly fans. We all hate Sonny for the lying piece of cold-blooded murdering narcissistic trash that he is. Most of them think Donna should never have been born. I call her Donna Dimples & acknowledge the relationship she has with her Daddy Dimples. Our philosophy about CarSon is two-fold: Never Again & ABC when ABC means Sonny with Anyone But Carly.

Personally I really doubt Disney is dissatisfied with him, or if they are it's minor. IOW, nothing even close to our level of criticism.

Agree that a recast would have been at a minimum high risk. In theory I believe anyone can be recast, but not all should! Was it dumb even if she was only soap dead?

I'm sure I join lots of fans who agree that Frank can definitely be petty & that pettiness can turn punitive. Do you recall a time when Scotty was in the middle of a trial & they changed to Diane, saying that Scotty had to go help Serena who was in trouble from protesting about the whales? (Hilarious actual dialogue.) According to the actors that was a time when Kin was being punished for something. (I don't have the link to the actor saying it, but it could probably be found.)

It is so weird. I never even remember that Sheri Anderson wrote for AW. I think of her at DAYS primarily but then some at GH. WHY don't I count her among AW writers?!!! Here, I don't remember Rhonda Lewin, basically, at all. I was never a Nicole Love fan even though she was played by 3 different actors & every single iteration of her was also a different character, or so it seemed to me.

Yes, Sofia & Tate bit the dust in record time. What the heck? And, over someone saying someone else's name in the throes of passion. I mean, come on, that's just nothing. But, I guess these kids are so juvenile & have so little life experience. However, I expect more than what we got from the pairing. Maybe they will revisit later. Also, and I know he's not my type but I didn't see Tate as hot. The only time I even thought about his body at all was when he jumped out from under the covers & I thought, "Hmm, black Calvins, I guess we're doing that again."
