  1. I know we've known this was coming & I didn't think about how I'd feel & I fear I'm not nearly ready, but will I ever be? Julie was my 1st crush. Doug & Julie were my first couple. They're the gold standard of couples. DAYS HayesandHayes RememberingBillHayes
  2. Is it a different person than today's GHSnark? https://www.facebook.com/search/top?q=general hospital snark
  3. Monica will definitely be pleased, even if we don't see her say it.
  4. I wanted to say that I believe that Frank+Writers are incorrigible in that they will have any character do or say anything needed whether in character or decidedly OOC, logical or illogical, likely or totally unlikely, to further whatever the hell plot device they have in mind. And, we as fans are just stuck with it. One oddity, ABC press site, episodics today include NuLu in jeans & a regular shirt, at Bobbie's, as if ... I don't know what. It was strange.
  5. Recently, I've kept a stroke tally of times when Kristina has SURPRISINGLY said some good thing instead of her usual. Before today the tally was set at 3 from the last 5 days & now today, we add 2 strokes for her saying "our baby daughter" with no Ad*la in sight!
  6. And, that commonality is the only thing I was going for. He was supposedly getting money & gifts from women he'd squire around town. However, just for general edification, I know that many people think he was gay but closeted & also self-loathing & now back to what we're here to talk about. And, I do get the difference. GR was taking advantage. Colton Whatever was stealing.
  7. In a way it's actually kind of fun when they, rarely, let Marlena snark on Kristen.
  8. And, also Kristen comes over looking for Brady & then she sits down & begins to be obnoxious.
  9. How surprised am I to learn there's a type who goes by chronology to fall in love, or not. Simple me, I thought people fell in love with a person not their birthdate.
  10. That test & its results were fair portions of two whole days of the show! The spirit of George Reinholt lives on.
  11. That puts you one up on me. I never liked him, him being Colton is that his name? Poor Gia.
  12. This right here would be the red alert, early warning sign, DANGER WILL ROBINSON thing for most people. Grown-ass man but still lives at home with his parents. What is that even about? I know it's not having enough sets & also that little thing, called the budget. Poor Brady. Ends up as if he's a man-child not a man.
  13. I'd expect nothing less than the two of them having positively scorching HAWT sex! A wonderful affair & then be friends after. Perfection, right?
  14. Magic to any soap creator, anticipating watching tomorrow.
  15. I was wishing that Jason was having the conversation he had with either Diane or with Carly, both having their own obvious reasons. Not Sonny! But, I did feel like I saw the ole Mo as far as Maurice bringing his particular method to the madness. No mumbling, no fumbling for words, not looking around, actually focusing on his scene partner & being totally present. Jason & Alexis & Drew: Jason is right. Alexis is full of it. Drew meh. Some fans are wondering if Diane was working on a new will for Sam. They think she had a Sam will out on her desk recently. I confess to not seeing it if it was shown.
  16. Hmm, I guess I'm lucky you didn't take it the wrong way! BTW, that is one of my favorite GIFs. I'm so glad you're sharing your watching with us. The vicarious pleasure is large! Stephen seemed to have some kind of chem with everyone if you ask me. I would wonder sometimes & later decide that was just his rapport. Ooh, ooh, I posted a teensy bit with Martha Madison (Belle on DAYS) on Bluesky & she was a huge AW fan & when she met Stephen at the DAYS studio she said she really was a fangirl. Cute!
  17. Iris being "The Chief" was such inspired story telling!
  18. On November 21, 1980, 350 million people around the world tuned in to the popular primetime drama “Dallas” to find out who shot J.R. Ewing. J.R. had been shot on the season-ending episode the previous March 21, one of television’s most famous cliffhangers. The plot twist inspired widespread media coverage & left America wondering “Who shot J.R.?” for the next eight months. This episode solved the mystery, identifying Kristin Shepard, J.R.’s wife’s sister & his former mistress, as the culprit.
  19. Understood! Also agree. Samantha McCall in the latter years pretty much epitomizes low energy, like a kind of mellow, laid-back persona, right? Or maybe I rationalized that.
  20. If she was truthful about her experience at the time GH/Frons was not her only job offer. I have said this verbatim. If you add PC & GH ABC/Disney gave her reasonably fulfilling employment for 25 years!
  21. Yes, Mitch! You put me onto it & the hunt took a few years but a GL fan found the episode for me & now I have it!!! And, yes, talking about it caused people to bring up the moose! What's fun in the full episode is that in the front room Harley is trying to get Alex to fork over some money because she found lingerie that's not hers in Alan-Michael's robe pocket. Why it would've been in his robe pocket defies both logic & imagination! Alex is about to write a check & Alan-Michael comes barreling into the discussion & objects. Poor Alex, no wonder she had a headache!
  22. To me McTavish, both at GL as well as at AMC, was on one hand a very creative, inventive, soapy storyteller who could be good with character, with history, with words, with ambience, etc. who on the other hand did not possess the needed sense of boundaries & limits that a good HW definitely needs to have unless someone else is reigning them in. She went too far.
  23. Exactly! Add to that she likely doesn't know where she is or why she's there or why her vision is blurry, etc. And, this "what if" Kelly had come to GH as Livvie, my bias jumps up because I really liked Livvie!
  24. I was personally amazed that they showed her with Sonny. Other than that I thought their choices were excellent! I thought that someone took a lot of time picking clips. So good for them. Also an amazing number of actors in the church! Not used to seeing groups like that much anymore.
  25. Now see, that's exactly it. To me she was very immature. Although I'm sure you're correct that it was more than what it seemed.
