  1. Same. Weird, huh? I stopped keeping track quite honestly. B&B and Y&R are both shows I just casually browse nowadays.
  2. One was spotted in Iowa apparently, haha. I remember John said that line because I wondered too. It was soon after the clones were released into the world. No word ever since. Sounds like something Carlivati could dig up and use present-day.
  3. Ooh I agree on that, in bringing Carrie (Christie Clarke) back permanently as well as Paul Narita (Christopher Sean preferably, but he's too busy getting work nowadays). Also a +1 on Austin Peck vs. Muldoon on a return of Austin. They just need BALANCE. All the whitebread couples of the 00's have been replaced by people that are too gray in the scale of evil villains. When you're pushing a leading male character that used to be a serial killer, you know you've run out of "good guys". At this point, Chloe has mostly rebounded from some downright awful character assassination (prostitution; scheming against Jenn for Daniel, all that weird garbage with Deimos, etc) Speaking of "dark" characters, it's a shame they've kept Philip Kiriakis mostly scummy all these years after his 2007 return. For real! The dude is turning 50 this summer. He looks just fine for his age and then some...
  4. Once upon a time, Kristen helped wipe away Brady's boogers when Brady was 4 years old and Kristen was scheming to keep his daddy apart from that formerly possessed lady.
  5. Same thing happened on September 10th, 2001. Monday is usually the most watched episode of the week for all soaps.
  6. Sorry I missed this earlier No, we haven't corresponded with her for the past couple months, aside from a "like" here 'n there on Instagram. She'll occasionally comment on my stuff. Meanwhile, she's actually on a never-ending vacation around the USA via his RV. They're always posting about doing something somewhere in the southern states: She, him, and his gaggle of friends, almost all of them women. When I see her postings, there's a lack of light in her eyes; seemingly soulless or just sleep deprived. Whatever fun lil' narcotics they're taking are keeping them skinny but are slowly wearing them out. One time, she reached out to our mutual girlfriend to catch up, and at one point, Diana sighed and admitted, "I'm tired..." but it didn't seem like just a casual mention of just being tired, you know? A few months ago around Christmastime, Carlo posted a long, long lengthy post about his "tribe" and how you make your own family and whatnot. I could post it here. I still have yet to read it. Also a couple months back, Carlo reached out to my hubby via social media as kind of a general catchup and was bragging about something random he just bought, but my hubby didn't respond. As my hubby is considered the Queen Bee/Regina George (haha) of the group, no doubt Diana and Carlo were discussing all of us and wanted to put feelers out by reaching out to my hubby since hubby had stopped responding to Diana. We'll see what happens as we get closer to the summertime and they're finally back home...
  7. Talk about an unnecessary save, yet for some reason I saw it coming.
  8. I normally don't watch these types of shows with castmembers watching and reacting, but I'm totally watching this one with the Grande Dame & Ashley. Boy, have they come a long way!
  9. Wow, good for her! Has she even been on Y&R lately? They're starting to rotate characters/stories in intervals like DAYS does.
  10. Yes, Jennifer Horton is definitely needed, especially now that Hope is gone. Throughout the years and decades, Hope and Jennifer were two constants that helped maintain the Horton family legacy. Cady did a great job; keep the Bible thumper in Tennessee and give Cady a contract.
  11. To this day, I still think Joe and Melissa got off easy. I really wanted the tea to spill when Danielle Staub rejoined the show.... Danielle: "Did you acknowledge your nephew....?" Teresa: "I wanna know who she's been tawwwking to!" That juicy Season 2 reunion revelation that was never thoroughly dissected. Thirsty Joe & Melissa wanting Tre's fame and fortune, promising Bravo dirt, and they never got called out adequately. WOW, I love the 4th wall completely crumbling. It's great they don't put up a façade any longer. I can only wish they'd go back and re-edit and re-release Housewives shows of the early years and let us see the 4th wall footage (i.e. Kelly's Scary Island breakdown on RHONY; all the hush-hush coverups of Kim's drinking and Taylor being abused on RHOBH, etc. etc.)
  12. I. LOVE. THIS. LOL The narrator.... "Maria's life is straight up diarrhea."
  13. Aw, that's cute. I always liked their establishing shots in the mid/late-90's. Such a shame Springfield became nothing but an empty open field by 2008 (Peapack).
  14. I have questions, lol. Can someone translate? One overly dramatic scene I can recall was during DAYS' Serial Killer debacle of 2004 where Julie was dry heaving in grief over the news of Alice's passing. Susan Seaforth-Hayes was really hamming it up during this era, along with all the Julie/Bonnie/Mickey scenes...
  15. Oh I definitely flashed back to that while watching this current low-budget version of Lady In A Cage.
  16. I'm late to the party... where does one view all these?
  17. Tina Burner reminds me of Cherry Pie, just not as good. I've never read up on the nitty gritty details of Cherry Pie, but she was definitely talented as a queen.
  18. I still have the last 2 episodes to watch. I have no intention to do so. It was a sloppy, rushed, uneven mess. A typical modern day primetime soap that burns through storyline WAYYYY too quickly.
  19. She slipped into this recast role almost effortlessly. I wonder why they're writing Jenn off?
  20. I just binged The Undoing. It was very good! It's only 6 episodes, so it was simple. I don't know what Nicole Kidman is doing to her lips and face, but she needs to stop. She also needs to stop playing roles where she's the mother of a 10 year old. She's been doing that for last 20+ years. Even though I binged The Handmaid's Tale last November, I'm rewatching it again; into the 3rd season already. I can't wait for this and You to return this year.
  21. Was Gabi doing the bend-and-snap in front of Jake? Meanwhile, is Lindsey Godfrey moonlighting on stage as Maria von Trapp? That hair keeps getting shorter 'n shorter...
  22. Dear God! LOL Her face looks so... sharp. Girl same. They should've waited until her face settled to bring her back.
  23. Hello fellow Chicago area native! I actually grew up in Naperville :) oh the secrets and scandal of that town. So many Republican families in that town seemed to breed a lot of gay children! P.S. the western suburb was Hinsdale ;) the rich man worked in the Gold Coast though. And yes, you’d think the class conflict of city vs. suburb would be a great jumping off point to get tension going for a series.
