  1. It seems like #773 is the first episode where JAMES E: REILLY is credited as consultant. Both Y&R and B&B had consultants around this time (out of the blue because they didn't before and had non later for 10+ years) - maybe it was a CBS deal?
  2. Colleen Dion was such a great assett to the show back in the early days. Felicias wardrobe was unique, she had personality (in a good way) - i didn’t care for the Zack story in 1992 but liked her 2004 return.
  3. This is such a blessing. What a treat to get the chance to relive all those early episodes. And I said it before: the picture quality is soooo much better than on VHS. I love it!
  4. I think these B&B classics are shown On a digital cable channel - and the Videoland (Web Service uploads where we get the videos from) uploads are merely complementing these broadcasts.
  5. It’s in his signature... you have to view it on Laptop, though. Signatures are not shown on the mobile version of the SON board, I think
  6. You're definitely not alone. I was super stoked when I discovered the Marek Logan channel and was able to see 1989 and 1990 for the first time in its almost entirety. And with Amy Silence I could fill 1988 plus the following years without any distraction from the Polish voiceovers... A dream come true! The only longer period of B&B that i haven't seen is May-October 1992. I'd love to see 1993-1996 (when I origianlly started watching) again as well but have some rather vivid memories of it.
  7. Wooohooo! THANKS! Gracias! MERCI! Danke! That's an unexpected treat - and it seems like the original closing credits are included.
  8. Has AmySilence deleted her GoogleDrive? Maybe she got copyright strikes tehre as well?
  9. I own all the B&B books: The Bold And The Beautiful: A Tenth Anniversary Celebration by Robert Waldron (informative in the same style of the Y&R book by Barbara Irwin and Mary Cassata) The Bold and The Beautiful – In Celebration of 20 Years on Television by Eva Demirjan (an amazing labor of love!) Becoming Bold and Beautiful – 25 Years of Making the Most Popular Daytime Soap Opera by David Gregg and Adrian Aviles (more glossy pictures than content) Plus the PEOPLE Magazine Special Edition for B&B's 30th anniversary For Y&R it is: The Young and the Restless: A Special Silver Anniversary Collector's Edition by Barbara Irwin and Mary Cassata(1998) And I've seen the GH and DAYS (???) books from the mid-1990s which were all really high-content and quality - like the ones for B&B and Y&R
  10. Thanks for sharing. A complete episide is a complete episode for the enthusiasts... Any advice from the tech savvie as how get some sound out of it? Just headphone or is there a program to increase sound?
  11. THIS - FInally somone calls her out on it. I could not believe my eyes when she "popped" with Big Bang (where I also grew to like her...) after stinking up the joint on Charmed and that forgetful/horrid ABC sitcom.
  12. At least the feelings were one-sided with Brooke being miserably in love with Ridge. Cannot wait for Taylor to arrive in Amy Silences uploads and some of Brookes super desperate antics... lol
  13. It's really uncommon for Bill Bell's wiritng style because there is zero build-up and some of the first episodes are really painful to watch. And I like Eric and Brooke as a couple... ...and can get somehow behind their motivation to seek solace in each other. LOL
  14. Terri Ann Linn left in 1990 on her own wishes, I think. Bill Bell brought her back for the longer guest stin in 1992. After that she was only seen for the BRIDGE wedding in 1994, if I recall correctly. Brad Bell subbed for his dead as headwriter in 1992 for 3 months and officially took over the reigns in 1993 - so no connection at all. You have to ignore the season numbering; just go by the acual episode numbers... I think all of the previously uploaded episodes are in the Vault!?
  15. Exactly. The scenes in 1992 around Ridge&Taylor's wedding when the show introduced Sly and Zach showed great sister chemistry and should have been used...
  16. For some reason they ill-labeled some episodes as season 4 which were still from the third season. „Season 5“ will probably the actual season 4... I always thought it was an interesting choice of Bill Bell to bring on Felicia and drop Kristen after the character was in a hot storyline with Clarke which they ruined with Mick.
  17. Woohoo. Thank you for that, looking forward to watch these tonight!
  18. ICAM. Mick was a horrible character and I never got the appeal of the actor either.
  19. Really? SHE wanted out at B&B in 2004 when Brad Bell offered her a nice longterm contract because she did not want to commute. I really liked Felicia from 1990-1991 with Jake; the Zach story with goons and gambling debts of Jack Hamilton not so much.
  20. Jake, Margo, Clarke left around June-July 1992; Felicia and Zach left in early December 1992. Colleen Dion was not seen until Felicia returned in 1997 in a recurring capacity before disappaering in Fall (?) of that year again and not returning for her final story arc in 2004... in 2005 Lesli Kay took over!
  21. CRAZY - Tracey Bregman was sooo young and soo different - especially from her early Y&R days
  22. It's definitely not the origianl storyline direction: Caroline's first cancer doctor is a man... I think it was once mentione that Bill Bell was really impressed by Hunter Tylo and therefor quickly expanded the role - I think KKL's pregnanccy in 1990 might have factored in as well for the shift of focus for Ridge. Actually one of the very few believable widower stories on soaps...
  23. I think it is episode #804 which aired June 6, 1990 Taylor was not Caroline‘s Original oncologist... ...not to mention that she miraculously became a psychiatrist two (?) months later.
  24. A looooong journey indeed. LOL This Eric&Brooke kiss is still a shocker. It happens out of the blue - there was builtup but rather short..
