This Jeff Webber story is not the same as Rick Webber's Attic Story return 20 years ago. Jeff hasnt been in town over 4 decades. He has history but he's basically a blank slate and this stuff with Reiko happened when Jeff was off canvas Compared to Rick where the cheating with Theresa and Laura accidently killing her happened in 1978 when they were both in PC, is a total re-write and character assianation of Rick Webber
