The 60th anniv is November 8, so I assume the official cast photo(s) will be released the last week of October or the first week of November.

I stepped away from BTG temporarily because I needed a break from Leslie whom I don't enjoy at all. For me she's not "love-to-hate". For me, I just want her gone (I realize that's just me, and I know others enjoy her and that's fine.) But I had planned to return to BTG eventually. But then, meanwhile, my own life (real life) has become very very busy the past month, with no end in sight. All I've had time for is watching clips of Monica's death and funeral on GH. I couldn't do that *and* BTG right now, as I'm just too busy. (busy in a good way). I am glad to have devoted the past year and a half to regularly posting about it (on the behind-the-scenes thread before it started airing; and then posting daily once it began airing). I have supported BTG as best I can. And I take advantage of the sales at my local grocery store for Tide! I was following BTG recaps and spoilers for a while but now I can't even keep up with that. However, I am enjoying reading this thread daily and still read all the posts, even if I don't exactly know anymore what scenes have just aired. I don't know when/if I can come back to BTG regularly. But I do still appreciate it! and really appreciate everyone's posts!

What's confusing regarding AnnaLynne is that she (apparently? maybe?) started taping a month after she was announced to be on contract. So did she sign in Dec. 2023 but start taping in Jan. 2024? Was her contract specified for that circumstance? Or maybe it was just advance publicity that she would later be on contract?

There was a big DAYS cast photoshoot done in February 2025, to be released officially around the time of the 60th Anniversary in November 2025. When it was photographed, there were several individual photos floating around on social media from that photoshoot day -- behind-the-scenes -- of actors posing solo, in pairs, or in small groups. AnnaLynne posed with Billy Flynn and Dan Feuerriegel. I remember seeing those photos back then, and there was some tentative speculation wondering if Cat would be paired with EJ. That was several months before viewers knew there'd be a storyline about Cat investigating EJ. ALMc has it on her ig ... (because she was in Saudi Arabia in December.)

Oops - I messed up there. I had confused this with a different scenario. Episodes written during a WGA strike don't show writers' names onscreen. But episodes written in normal times do credit the writers regardless of their guild status.

Lynn Martin was first credited as a BTG scriptwriter March 3, 2025. Michele Val Jean is very pro-union and I think it's likely that she'd prefer WGA writers. According to Lynn Martin's Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/lynnmartinwriter/ -- she finished at BTG in June 2025. As of today (Oct. 11, 2025), her most recent scriptwriting credit (in the onscreen opening credits) for BTG was in the Oct. 2, 2025 episode. (I don't know when her final BTG script airs/aired). It's puzzling because BTG wouldn't list her in the onscreen credits if she were nonWGA, would they?
