Several interviews with cast say that sometimes they tape parts of several different episodes in one day. I think the taping is planned by what set is being used, or groupings of actors, or when guest actors are available, etc. So when an actor says sometimes they tape "four or five episodes in one day" -- that's only pieces of episodes, or the number of episodes containing scenes that the particular actor is taping that day. But overall, if you average all the episodes being taped over a couple of weeks, it averages around two per day, or 10 per week, or 9.5 per week.

More on the taping schedule: Podcast of April 12, 2024, interview with Wally Kurth, Carson Boatman, and Eric Martsolf. https://www.buzzsprout.com/1909166/14721957-interview-with-the-day-players Right at the beginning, Wally says they tape 10 episodes per week. Carson cuts in and says no it's 9 1/2 episodes per week. Then Wally says, well it's basically 2 episodes per day.

Greg Vaughan wasn't joking. He was on Jacob Young's podcast on Feb. 29, 2024. He said at that time (i.e. 2/29/24) they were 7 months ahead; but with the schedule as is, by end of 2024 they'd "have a whole year in the can". He starts talking about the schedule at 49 minutes in: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/jacob-young1/episodes/Greg-Vaughan-e2gg82a

"Does anyone know what the name is of that island? Either fictional name or real location?" Its name is "Stefano's Island". Listed that way in Jason47's lists of sets, and in recaps, etc. Supposedly somewhere in or near the Caribbean or the western Bermuda Triangle region. https://web.archive.org/web/20080614054157/http://www.bethsdayspage.com/days/prisms.html and https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/soaptv/summary-of-the-three-prisms-storyline-t157.html Does anyone know what real-life place was used for filming these scenes?

B&B: Actress Returns
Another ridiculous interview. Stephanie Sloane interviews Kimberlin for TVinsider. https://www.tvinsider.com/1133483/bold-and-the-beautiful-sheila-alive-sugar-kimberlin-brown/ Kimberlin claiming she was brought back due to fan outrcry. I still don't believe any of it.

Finally News: Haley Pullos to do 3 months in jail and ...
No. What Jason said is what was reported from last year. The first accident (the hit-and-run) where she hit the parked car, was on the city streets of Pasadena a little while before she entered the freeway. The first car wasn't on the freeway at all. The only confusion in reporting is from outlets rushing to give updates on her sentencing deal, without actually reading the original reports. When emergency responders (police/ambulance/etc) arrived at the at the scene of the freeway accident, they extricated her and attended to her, attended to the driver whose vehicle she crashed into, and the destroyed vehicles. She was brought to the hospital etc. At some point later that night/day, or within a few minutes/hours/days later, the police realized she'd hit the first car in a completely separate incident just before she entered the freeway. So then they charged her with both accidents. But yeah the original reports always said the first vehicle she hit was stationary or parked.

GH: April 2024 Spoilers
That SOD sweeps article is mostly summaries of current character conflicts we're aware of, and they mention the wedding and the people arriving for the wedding, which we mostly knew about. Seems like the SOD staff is mostly just summarizing stuff we know? As Vee said, we can guess at the death. The new person is the only thing new. Even the photo is old. That pic of Ava/Carly/Sonny is from the March 28 episode. I mean it's clearly not a preview of the month, because half the cast isn't mentioned. Maybe Korte/Mulcahey will give their own preview in a few weeks? Either to SOD or to tvguide/tvinsider.

Y&R April 2024 Discussion Thread
https://www.firstforwomen.com/posts/entertainment/melissa-claire-egan (There are no spoilers in this interview) "While portrayer Melissa Claire Egan admits she misses Chelsea’s wild days of machinations and love triangles, the real-life mom is honored to tell these grounded, important stories about depression, OCD and trauma." -- In my opinion the rapist / rape victim romance (rapemance) of Chelsea/Billy negates any good they are trying to do.

B&B: Actress Returns
Within a week or two before Steffy knifed the Sheila lookalike, the show made a point of discussing how many toes Sheila had/has. Thus it seems clear that Bradley planned the lookalike "twist" all along, and that this is not a sudden reversal. I don't think the Deadline author watches the show, otherwise they'd know that.

B&B: Actress Returns
Some of my favorite tweet-replies and quote-tweets to Deadline so far: My coworker’s unborn baby saw this sh!t coming. Are you ALL on the same hallucinogenic???? If you believe this wasn’t planned, can you DM me? I have a bridge in Brooklyn I’m ready to sell on a discount. Good Lord, they think we're complete morons. This explains so much...

B&B: Actress Returns
Actors lie about this stuff all the time. I can think of at least two actors from another soap (from several years ago) who lied to say they were still filming, when they were already fired. They were probably told to do this. So I can easily see actors lying about being fired, when they're not fired.

B&B: Actress Returns
DEADLINE (re: Bradley Bell) Maybe he thought he made a mistake and now he's correcting it? BROWN: Either that or he had this in mind all along and just didn't tell me about it! But I can't see anybody doing anything that evil, however. That would be a Sheila moment. Yeah this is a bunch of PR garbage. Kimberlin knows that Bradley did this with Tanner Novlan a couple of years ago when Sheila shot Finn. Tells you you're fired and then brings you back in the office a day later to say that your character isn't really dead. Tanner may have believed it because he was fairly new, but Kimberlin wouldn't have believed it because Sheila never dies. And Kimberlin might be lying about all of it, if she was told to lie about it.
