GH: Drew Garrett's Michael and Lexi Ainsworth's Kristina Sunset Beach: Gregory and Caitlyn, the vibe that Gregory gave off in scenes with her was always kind of creepy to me.

Today it looked like Marlena was finally going gray. If you ask me, it looked pretty good on her. Absolutely. The only thing they could really do for Ben at the moment is the pairing with Claire, and even that seems a little forced. Ben was a selfish POS today. Even worse then he usually is lol. He was definitely thinking only about his needs and not Ciara's. And if he loved Ciara as much as he says he does, wouldn't he follow her to South Africa? I see a little, but there pairing does seem a little forced. I think the character of Ben could use a rest.

Sometimes it almost seems like Dan writes his own storylines and Chris writes his own. Instead of the two of them collaborating on everything in the show as a whole, they each have their own stuff to work on, separate from each other, which is why some storylines seem well plotted out (Sonny/Nina, Michael/Chase/Willow) while others are messy (Peter, Cyrus). And agreed on MEK. It still feels like they don't know what to do with him. But I do want to try some hummingbird cake lol he would've been better off as Jeff Webber.

Agreed. Peter and Cyrus are still being shoved down our throats, but overall there have been several improvements these past few weeks. There's been movement in most of the storylines.

I've been liking the way that Carly's been written too. Like or not, this is the way Carly is. Overprotective, sometimes meddlesome, enables people and sometimes gets enabled herself. But also very tough and can handle herself against anybody or anything. Carly vs Britt would be fun to see. Same as Carly vs Nina. They're both people that she can go head to head with.

IIRC, Elliot was pursuing Iris when she went to San Tropez and met Alex. But then when Alex disappeared after their weekend together and Iris found out she was pregnant, she charmed Elliot, and married him.

If they write in that Hope is coincidentally in South Africa, and decides to stay there with Ciara, I'll be fine with that. And yeah, its definitely time for a new Eric as well. Him and Nicole were finally happy and then all this happened. In the grand scheme of things, both GV and VK weren't in the roles for that long. They can be recast, unlike KA, who's not only iconic but has been there far too long to recasted now.

I got the same problem lol I like the actor but I hate the character. It happens a lot on soaps If you ask me, since VK says she doesn't want to come back full time, they should just recast Ciara and keep her and Theo in Salem. It would be a lot better to see than the abrupt ending we're getting right now. Ben and Ciara finally have a real conflict and it's ending before it even really gets started.
