  1. Happy for her, but I wanted her back for Robert's funeral. And Willow's comeuppance. I hope at least the former.

    Aging like fine wine.
  3. Same. And who would have thought that?
  4. I agree. I still remember how everyone used to tease her with that Granny name. hehe. I'm happy to see her doing so well and in horror which I love. Oh? re: THE BOYS.
  5. 3-25 Now that I had the wiggle room of time to get on CBS app start to finish off last week's episodes... Anita vs the main Duprees felt a little too real. That said...I loved it!!! I thought everyone brought it. And I loved how the confrontation showed so much of their character. Anita being stubborn and defiant. Dani bringing back that marvelous tension she had with her and Anita when the show first started that the show does not touch on anymore. Nicole and the verbal chess of words that was going on with Anita and some of Daphne's inflections gave me the shivers. And Vernon...poor Vernon. I had seen some comments about Hayley. And I definitely didn't like the abrupt story shift back to Bill, Hayley, and baby making. And I liked that Hayley (thank you MG!) has gone back to showing the audience how she was NOT for wanting another baby again...the real thing that made that story shift abrupt. That said...I wanted to point out two things. 1) YES, I already said it, but mention again how annoyed and irritated I was that they did St. Barts off-screen. That should have been the climax for that tale (with Dani and Andre roped in if only because of the triangle and the fact that Bill/Dani appear endgame-y). And I love that others have agreed with that thought and run with it. Thank you. 2) That said...the show DID say in story that Hayley had (temporarily) stopped poisoning Bill. There was the scene when Madison brought up there being odd things in Bill's bloodwork and how he had to stop everything...including Hayley's 'herbal tea.' MG did a good job of conveying how she was almost caught. I had hoped that Madison would be the first to start to get clued in to Hayley, but Madison got spun off to Chels drama instead and forgotten. That was followed by Hayley and Randy having a scene where she said she stopped to keep Madison or anyone else off from suspecting what she was doing. She has not ever since. At least...not on screen. It was part of the reason I had hoped that story thread would pick up when Hayley and Bill made it to St. Barts. Adding on Tomas's suspicions and Lynette's involvement and even Bill's attempts to figure out who had 'attacked' Hayley...it was a perfect storm of story...that was mucho ado about nothing. BUT again...one of those moments that it's been mentioned on-screen. But the follow-up writing has been sloppy. But back to this episode...did they forget that Randy is married? But he's sleeping with Lynette already??? Lord. smh. But it does seem that Lynette is a great vixen for the show which I love. However, it does feel like she is stealing Hayley's thunder...and I wonder if that is intentional. In terms of...Lynette's villainy is going to be used to redeem Hayley's villainy or a way to keep her on the canvas post-climax. I also loved that Veronica Mars...I mean Kat was back on the case again!!! I love that side of Kat, so I really loved that only after a scene of Tomas talking about how the case of Lynette was closed that she started to figure out what was up with Lynette. And it also gives another character that is slowly clueing into Hayley indirectly. Cuz there's Bill slightly, Joey, Lynette of course, and Tomas. Now...Kat? I hope we are not waiting all the way to May though. I continue to be shocked at how much I love Shanice and Ted together. I also loved Ted's talk with Anita. But I really liked how much Anita/Bill scenes are bringing back his layers as well. Serious week so far, but I can't say that I'm bored. And definitely feel invested.
  6. Lol. Not the Babysitters Club!!
  7. I'm sure that it's okay for me to say because you know if I'm wrong, I don't mind eating crow and also posting a post saying aloud that I'm eating crow... I feel the fact they are taking their time with the Cotillion (le sigh a month to go), it will be more leaning to The Anniversary Party vs WinterFest where it had a build and we got a great climax. My only worry though is that the aftermath/fallout from the anniversary party was so lackluster with SPS taking over the show and POV when the POV moving forward should have been on Nicole's pain. Not to mention that was when we had to deal with the Ted recast. I just hope the Cotillion has great fallout for the build-up.
  8. Exactly! This. So good to hear what I heard about Bill sitting EB and PB is true. HE did not play with HIS show.
  9. Yeeess!!! That was great ridiculous camp and oh so messy so I enjoyed it was a fun little cliffhanger. Kimberlin Brown did such a great job.
  10. lol. No, but thank you.
  11. NOW SHEILA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. But a crazily camp Friday cliffhanger!!! It seems whatever CBS is doing with BTG episodes has also hit B&B episodes so I will probably have more to say when I get to see the episodes this week on the app that I missed.
  12. Flaws and all, you better speak your truth!!! And goodness knows we both are enjoying Mr. Ric. HmmmMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. I totally agree with a Lucas with a pulse. And the Lulu mention. And you know you are not alone on lulls. But like I said, I do love that in the second year, these writers have found a flow (shifting) that for the MOST part does not kill momentum. Very. Credit where credit is due. I do enjoy my binges.
  13. I mean...Frank Valentini definitely appears to be making it work. So it just might be the case here as well. I agree. And outside of the looming Dante Green, I think everyone that has been mentioned has finally arrived so I can't seem the show adding on anyone else as of yet.

Amen. Bubble butt, swagger, and all!! Happy birthday...come such a loooooooooooong way from his days as Y&R Ricky.
  15. And may that momentum (side-eyes Frank) continues...
  16. I had heard about tension for decades between them so this thread is a bit of a happy surprise for me that if it was real, it was short-lived and they laughed it off in the end.

    Stays packing.

That's not surprising. That's been EVERY Olympics. lol.
  19. While true, all of her years-long maneuvering to off the Queen...only for her to be OUT. Well... Yeah, not at all going to solve the problem and people have been said this to him. And yet he wasn't to get mad at SMG for saying what we have all said to him. Take the L, Andrew. Your sh#$ stick. Same.
  20. Agree. They did everything right with the intro to Marco and found a great actor so of course he has to be wasted while they keep the dead weight of other characters or bring back a buddy of Frank or ten. Hansis isn't my favorite version of Lucas, but I've warmed up to him. And it does my heart good that he's actually for the most part has been used regularly across the canvas. And I definitely love the increase of scenes between him and Liz. I've been saying for a while that BTG is secretly setting up a Tomas exit myself due to him knowing so much from Bill and Dani kissing to being like a dog with a bone to noticing Hayley's growing inconsistencies. So that works for me. lol. And I like the idea of Adrian coming on as a brother. But...you would wish AA on another soap???:P OH, wait...you mean Adrian, not Alex. LMAO
  21. I remember this. And SOD calling her pairing with Mr. Quinn being boring (and I remember some wacky scene of him showing off his legs). I remember being inspired at the potential conflict of Nina being a successful writer while he couldn't get his next book to work to say his life cuz...writer. hehe. I do remember it seem like it might be Raul, but I didn't know JT could have been a potential son as well. I was sad when TC left. And Nina vs Jill...I would have been there for that. I felt Nina had been so isolated during that last year or so...from the rest of the canvas really.
