Yeah, from what I remember around the time, I do believe Meredith did get suspended. But with how Production films, they can easily edit like she was always there. Didn't they do that with RHOA in one of the last few seasons for someone?

Honestly, I feel like they have stopped sparsely and moved onto to the B&B technique of having it play loudly over scenes/dialogue. It has been toned down as of late so they have found a balance. If anything the silent background scenes are standing out more now because there's so much music in scenes. But we both know I'm in the minority when it comes to that.

But I love how they have done such a good job of establishing connections to the A stories in the set-up for Winterfest (Dani/Bill/Hayley with Bill being the MD again while Hayley is poisoning while Bill is digging up Andre's secret WHILE Dani/Andre grow ever closer--Silk Press Sheila getting everything she wants with money, Ted, Jan as a friend again only for Laura's presence to be hanging over everything while Kat vs Eva is intensifying while Anita wanted to connect it to SPS when she should know better WHILE anvils of 20 years and how much Eva is Ted's daughter dancing around as if there might be a only-speculated bombshell waiting to drop along with perhaps another only-speculated frame up coming byway of Hayley for SPS--Martin being roped in by Samantha who is having drama with him over a boy while Martin/Smitty still having light issues from the stuff with Kenny. I love it.

Same. I am rewatching and it just feels so background music to see if it was just me. I guess not. Even the hotness of Dani/Andre isn't selling this scene for me. There's some good moments. All things Shanice. Derek and the kiss that I apparently wasn't paying attention to the first time around. The aforementioned Silk Press Sheila comment that was like an anvil. I think the thing I most took away from it...and yesterday to be honest...was that we have gotten to the point where actors/actresses are finally reusing clothes. It's a funny thing to note, but still...

Because they knew they had an intriguing story with characters (other than Kristina) that the audience like and it would take away from the faves so we can't have that. So of course...they ended it abruptly.

Well...I think I can see why you all feel let down by this arc over the house now. And the same thing is that at first he had Scout as his redeeming quality. So the fact he uses her as nothing, but a pawn since the affair came out is just smh.

I'll say this much...I'm getting really excited for Winterfest. Especially given my comment about Martin being rolled into it by Samantha's antics last week and the Martin/Smitty conversation (which was great cuz there should always be that tension over trust between them post-Kenny) yesterday. All A stories have been roped into it in some way subtly. So hopefully it pays off.

You have to watch!!! That was a great Season 1 with a beginning, middle, and an end for that villainess...and not in a love to hate way, either. And you have to see the fabulous of Christina's tagline.

Soooo much. Don't get me started on Cole or Chance. Especially Chance. While I like the other actor from his time on Lifetime, I could buy BF as Theo. And since JG loves to write for the Abbotts, that's another layer to be played.
