  1. 10-22 hehe. How I giggled with Victor being Happy Granddad for Abby. Teasing her about where the wedding is going to be. But of course, Victor has to Victor...hehe. I've been loving him weaving his web so far this week. Using Adam to get to Billy. I think the only thing I did not like about Victor was JG using him to PROP ugh Chelesa. Yeeeeah NO. Hmmm Vicious Lil was out and about in those scenes with Nikki. I was glad they had that talk. And now Devon is dealing with Victor. It would be so easy for Lily to go and work with Devon and Nate again. I do like that her motivation for fighting Billy is about her worth and I like that. And I liked Lily saying it to Nikki, too. And how she be shading Billy has been a cherry on top. Love her meeting of the minds with Audra. Who would have thought they would be in the same boat? HELL NO to Billy/Sally. And Adam and Chelesa talking about their feelings was a long time plot-driven coming. Glad Chelesa said no, too. May she stay that way.
  2. VIVIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES.
  3. 10-22 Wow. The energy already shifted. The week was already off to a good start actually. Carter and Hope continuing their circle. Deacon and Brooke having a cute little scene. A Sheila sighting. And then...Carter brings in IVY. I liked all of those scenes actually. I remember Ivy training under Quinn. And it's a plausible reason to bring her back. And we already had her appear earlier so someone for Liam to play with. And finally...Electra...young enough to be in a story with Will...hehe. Romeo/Juliet anyone? I also liked that Electra idolizes Steffy...potential for organic friction between Steffy and Ivy over something family related.
  4. SLC 'Don't you dare! Don't you dare.' That's right, Mary!!! GO, MARY, GO!!! GET HER ASS!!! LOL!!! Where do I even begin with this episode? lol. It was really good. Like the show itself, the episode started slow. As in slow burn. We saw housewives' lives that I couldn't care less about...lol. And then we started to see housewives' lives that we actually care about. We got little bombs. And then those bombs really exploded at a Housewife's event....an tongue-in-cheek Greek Mafia party. And that was just CRAZY. And just when you thought it could not get crazier with showdowns...it just got even MORE crazy. Heather has gotten insufferable. That weight loss and getting hype due to what happened to Monica has gone to her head. And I was happy to see that Bob and Mary comparing notes. I was excited to see that Heather has taken Little Girl's place on Mary's Drag List, and drag Mary did cuz NO ONE is cursing at her. Too big for her breeches Heather must have gotten. And then her attempt to gaslight Bob and Angie K failed and even The FOH got a dig in on her. Nice try, Wannabe. Outside of the comedy of FriendOfHeather, the main draw was the continued drama with Little Girl vs Lisa. And while I wished Little Girl had stood up to her harder a la the First Episode this season, I guess it doesn't matter. Why? Because Lisa had a full-on meltdown, threatening Little Girl with being sued on screen (are Housewives even allowed to do that anymore?). And the drama increased involving the Husbands coming to blows? Wait WHAT??? And a To Be Continued...with no promo for next week...Yeeees a great episode. MEREDITH. Outside of getting an apology from Little Girl and being background at Angie K's Mafia event...she was surprisingly mute. HEATHER. GIRL, BYE!!! The level of gaslighting she tried to do not one, not two, but THREE times. Guuuuurl, your slip is showing hardcore. And like one Tamra Judge circa OC S9, when called out by everyone, Heather turned tail and ran. If she WAS Jen, at least Jen would have given us a show. Again...nice try, Wannabe. ANGIE K. Oooooo her giving wealth with this party. She also gave a LOT of ATTRACTIVE MEN at her event. And the fact that right after Mary dragged Heather, she came up to Heather with the quickness to go in, too?? She was in her bag this episode. And an awwww moment with her dad. Did I mention her husband is FOINE?? hehe. LITTLE GIRL. OMG!!!! Just when I thought she was the messy one, her husband is just as messy cuz what was the reason he invited Jared to that Mafia party when he knew FriendOfHeather was there with a date? Hilarious! Meanwhile, Little Girl appeared to be getting to the truth of who was spreading the rumors. And Meredith got an apology. Still...I hope Little Girl does not back down from Lisa. BOB. 'Can I say bullshit in your house? I know this is a House of God.' BOOOOBBBBBBB!!! lol. But I continued to love Bob/Mary together. And the fact they revealed that they have similar family backgrounds to each other was such a real moment. Meanwhile, I loved Bob gathering Heather with Angie K as a good assist. Sent Heather running to the hills. MARY. Like I said...she's a kiki. And someone needs to keep Heather honest, and Mary is nothing, but herself with no BS. It says a lot that she can drag Heather. And then when Lisa vs Little Girl exploded, she was chatting with Heather again. And her scene with the kids after the dragging was hilarious. So was her getting FriendOfHeather's men mixed up. And to show up more real outside of her and Bob bonding, there was the scene of her with Robert Jr. I just feel so sad for her. How does she break through to her son? It's a subplot that I continue to feel invested in. LISA. GIRL, GONE!!!! If you want to bring in your security guy, the LA police, AND the local police...DO IT!!! Some saw it as her calling Little Girl's bluff. I saw her as bluffing. If I am wrong, I will be wrong, but I feel she did it. She was just tooooo upset and overdramatic over it. She could have just been...angry. *shrugs* Great episode. Sorry that Bravo killed some of the thunder by going ahead and releasing the end of the husband fight.
  5. Well, I see the 'B&B does it better than Y&R when it comes to clothes, wigs, and fashion' battle continues...
  6. 10-23 At last! They finally got Ric out of that jacket. And let me say...MMmmm...RH aging like fine wine. I loved all of his scenes today. Him having to tell the Ashfords/Robinsons that Heather is walking. And Curtis calling him out on that greed. Hm. And I cannot believe how much the Molly/TJ rift has been simmered beneath the surface. I was hoping that was going to happen, but I feel as of late the New/Old Writers have been more consistent with it so I'm enjoying it. And I LOVE those Molly/Ric scenes. RH sold that about Ric's own darkness oooooh so well. I don't think it's a chemistry test with Lucas, Isaish and TJ. I just felt that it was about giving Lucas friends if he's sticking around. Though Isaish and Lucas DO have some chemistry. Yeeeah those Sonny/Holly scenes fell flat for me. NOW they want to play Trina/Gio. Let me roll my eyes. And I thought the social commentary left the building when PM and DOC left so I was surprised to hear Portia's monologue. Not that she's wrong sadly. THIS.
  7. 10-18 So I sat down to watch the Giggly Heffa episode. I felt the JM and SC episodes were better, but we all know I'm bias. For me, I was actually shocked that I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. It was just so...schizo like her. Old age has definitely made that Giggly Heffa deluded. That said...I did like she was surrounded by her family. While MS is not at all my favorite, I feel she has been playing a mother on the verge really well this past week and look hot AF. The highlight for me though...besides how awesome MS looks with her pixie cut and seeing a young Josh Morrow...was Jack and Phyllis. That early chemistry was on FIRE and how seductive she was...you could see it all over Jack's face. I miss seeing that often in soaps so I was loving all of those segments. I do miss MS playing subtle though. And I will always side-eye her talking about Sharon being crazy when BOOM there's the 2012 flashback of her derailing a Nick/Sharon reunion by destroying a hotel room. GIRL, BYE.
  8. Long overdue since she has always filmed since Sutton arrived and most of her scenes always got cut.
  9. OC I like Heather's the best with Alexis a close second. And Shannon has worn that before aka REUNION LOOKS!!! Finale next week. BH I must admit...l am in awe at how far Garcelle has come looking at this picture...
  10. THIS. Jack brought to his knees. All because he tried to help Nikki.
  11. Taoboi replied to Maxim's topic in Music & Movies
Well, as promised...guess what I'm into an hour of watching? And you know what...? Outside of the hook ('Is Tamera here?'), it doesn't seem like a remake at all. Reboot, but I am finding it highly enjoyable. So I don't understand the hate, either.
  12. OC And I'm happy to report that I'm nearing the end of Season 17. At the moment, I had to deal with Tamra and Jen finding resolution over Ryan rumors, The attempted Heather takedown with a bombshell, and now the focus was back on Shannon's relationship with John. It has definitely been a lot of content and fun to watch. The build has been good. I can't say that Tamra ain't putting in the work. The living definition of throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks. First she tried it with Jenn and the Ryan gym rumors, saw it was not working, and got a quick truce. Then she tried to pit Shannon against Heather by saying that Heather was running around talking about Shannon's relationship with John. I guess she forgot about Season 9 where Heather clown her episode after episode after episode because Heather did a smooooooth deflect onto the whole cast who had been talking about the relationship all along. And the reveal that the person really talking about the relationship was SHANNON herself. Drunk? Not remembering? Woooow!!! And that brought us to the fallout. It's funny watching Shannon and John knowing what's coming. Shannon told on herself. And the other ladies were trying to NOT bring it on camera. The amount of 4th Wall breaking as Shannon had it out with Heather AND Emily was something else. Shannon has been giving EVERYONE moments. I stopped on the pumpkin party where Jenn told Gina about Shannon's comments at the Taco Tuesday party about Child Services so now Gina is feuding with Shannon, too. The fact that it seems Tamra also had been spreading tales around, too, on the relationship was icing on the cake. To think Shannon up until now was having a chill season...lol. TAMRA. Goodness knows she works overtime...lol. I loved that she met her match in Jenn's man Ryan cuz he's as messy as Tamra. I loved that Heather had Tamra's number and saw a takedown coming a mile away...leading into the Costume party where Tamra was a hoot. Until she was not. Lucky for her, Heather deflected onto Gina and Emily, or people could see her web-weaving. And she still seem hell-bent on having mess with Jenn which is why I felt she played amnesia on Shannon talking about Gina and Child Services at the Taco Tuesday party. Cuz we all know she is devoted to Shannon as a friend. Just messy. But enjoyable mess. EMILY. I was happy to see over these episodes Emily having some substance. I loved her coming down to San Diego and working on the Innocence Project more than I liked her having hijacks with Shaun. And the fact that she was the one who had to clue in Shannon about who has been talking about her (re: Shannon) was a great moment to get her in the drama. And her vs Shannon before the Taco Tuesday party and the 4th Wall breaking was over the top crazy!!! She was spilling that tea and being filmed, too!!! She definitely knew where the bodies are buried. And of course, she's always going to have Gina's back. RME. The only thing I did not like was how Emily continues to try to have a problem with Heather...cuz HEATHER. And on the next episode, I believe she will find another. GINA. Was pretty much just there up until she found out from Jenn about Shannon and Child Services. And she rightly deserved to blast Shannon for putting that out there. Not helped by Production doing all the rollbacks on how Shannon always brings up how she helped Gina. Makes me see Shannon as a performative friend. And who wants one of those? Unlike the genuine (for better or worse) friendship, Gina has with Emily. HEATHER. God, I can't believe the glow-up Josh Altman has had over the last few years...cuz he can sooooo get it. lol. But if Heather is going to give anything, it will be wealth. So I enjoyed seeing her shopping for a new house. And of course, I LOVED her smoooth dodge of a takedown. And she gathered Shannon the following episode though I thought it was telling that Production played a rollback on her that put her in a good AND a bad light. And it seems her next story is the rumors around if Terry is cheating. JENN. A great new housewife. Her scenes with her son really resonated with me. There's nothing like feeling less than or other to other people and he looks like an adorable kid, so I love that Jenn showed she loves him just the way he is. And his skin color is different from his brothers, but he is STILL beautiful. And then there's her relationship with Ryan...with his FOINE ass...but oooo at them BOTH sleeping with someone else while they are on break. I also thought that scene resonated in that it was written all over her face how gun-shy Jenn is to get married again. Just authenticity all over her. Meanwhile, there goes Jenn carrying the bone to Gina about Shannon. Who knew? SHANNON. SHANNON!!!!!!!! lol. It's funny. Heather. Jen. Especially her. They all have stories that from what I've seen are going to bloom going into Season 18. But they start HERE. Cuz her relationship with John...knowing that in the end the ladies are going to be right...is very telling. And Shannon being so worried about her image is also telling. That Production aired ALL of it and the 4th Wall stuff Shannon said during her fight with Emily. Well, well, well...Shannon ain't perfect. But I cannot say she ain't giving a show like she always does. I just sad she 'forgot' she said what she said about Child Services. So Season 17 might have started a bit slow, but it has really increased in drama. + 1
  13. 10-22 Not Nina being reduced to nothing, but a talk-to!!!! lol. So this is what @Antoyne was talking about. YES, I loved the Ric/Ava scenes. And that chemistry was definitely there. Meanwhile, that cute little Ric/Liz scene. Hehe. They are just going to tease that out, aren't they. I enjoyed Holly vs Anna. But that might be because I love a catfight. Especially one that is rooted in the history. And the fact that Holly kept trying to get one up on Anna was hilarious. And here comes the next leg in Holly's story with the criminal FINALLY making it to the U.S. and now Holly talking to Sonny about something. Hmmm. So Hat Dad is finally gone??? Well, the actor seem really excited about that so I can't hate him for that. Meanwhile, I saw that look Stella gave TJ/Molly while they were talking to Marshall. And it's kinda sad seeing Gio/Trina knowing what's coming. See? Spinelli got his scene with Sam. And that got an awww out of me. And since I forgot, it was nice to see Sam in some scenes with Lucas which she used to have some when Julian was still around. But that said...it really and truly feels like it's painting by numbers. Meanwhile, you have Dante/Sonny and Maxie/Spinelli scenes playing night to Sam farewell scenes' day. It might be paint by numbers to remind the audience of where Dante and Lulu stood when she went into her coma, but it didn't feel by numbers to me. So...just like that...Heather is going released in 24 hours? Since that is abrupt, does that mean Portia's part in the test will also go up in smoke?
  14. I was thinking I was getting my exits mixed up. I DO however think the water bottles was after LML though. Yep.
  15. Ha. Indeed. We were discussing LH's appearances that move to more proper crossovers that make more sense than some we have had on this show. Anna being the main point. It snowballed from there. A good snowball cuz I love hearing about some (not all) of Anna's AMC history.
  16. Yep. Pretty much. I wasn't watching then and heard some of that backstory and smh. Funny. I was down for him and Kendall. 😜
  17. Hell, I approve!!! YES, DADDY!!!
