7-12 I thought this was a good week. And this was a good episode. Though it sounds like entering this new week, that some of this is going to get rushed. Regardless of how long it took, now that Mac knows about Cody, I feel really invested. And even if it seems silly in a way, JJY is selling it, and I feel his pain. I feel Cody's conflict. And I love Felicia...who I always love seeing...and Maxie trying to patch it up. A B/C story it may be, but they are characters I care about, so I don't mind them on the frontburner. Not even mid-burner. FRONTburner. And the continued mess about the Willow/Drew kiss has been surprisingly engrossing. Well, it was anyway, but even this episode with Sasha telling Cody. It was more about playing the beat of Sasha feeling guilty about what she saw. But maybe that's why I liked it. It's playing a beat. And it's the best kind of soap story...a scandalous secret that could blow up couples and a dynamic. Or two. We know I live for any Liason scene so getting one unexpectedly was a godsend. And bonus...Liz talking about her art past. Something that I will always love when she references it. But the scene for me was her talking about her feelings. Her POV. So I loved that. And that look at the end when Jason said her kids growing up and being good people is all due to HER. *swoons* In the 'H@ll to the No' Department... Trina turning the other cheek on Heather rang oh so false given the scenes of her at Laura's office. Le sigh. NOW you can throw the Heather storyline away. Can't even shift the direction without it being made plausible. RME. Same for Anna & Val's cat-and-mouse. I can already see Anna looking at him like she was under the old writers. FH played Anna sooooo different after the episode where she heard Val on the other side of the burner phone. She was steely superwoman Anna as she started to plot. Now...she's back to whiny Anna. So ugh.

Woooooooooww!!! Really? That said...I loved that run by Paula and Brash. I also remember Cordey cutting it too short so it would be good to see what she can do with more wiggle room. Definitely excited for you DAYS fans. That said...RC can stay away from GH. Thanks. Woooooooooww!!! Really? That said...I loved that run by Paula and Brash. 7-12 Awwww Audra got what she wanted from the moment she walked into town. No complaints here. Hehe. And I thought the opening with her and Nate and the phone was a meet-cute moment. They were adorable all through the episode. That said, it was an okay week. Nothing to really write home about. But at least there were moments. Speaking of them...I was weirded out to see Summer make room for Sally to stay at the company now that Chelesa was back. And then it occurred to me....OHHH they are setting up for the reveal of Adam/Chelesa sleeping together already. Got it! And speaking of set-up...I stay enjoying watching Victor weave his web and getting that scene with Adam as Adam figures it out. So his father's son. And the reason why he was hired at that company...because regardless of how he sees Jack as a father figure, Adam will STILL go after Jabot...unlike Nick and perhaps even Victoria. It just felt like Victor was playing chess and I did enjoy it.

I don't have Peacock. Hopefully someone will post it on a platform that will play on my laptop.- The Politics Thread
While I have loosened up somewhat, I still (to a lot of people's stares) wear my mask at my main job. I still interact with so many people and work with people with conditions that I don't want to risk them getting anything off me or me getting it. I wish our President well, and may encouraged to keep on wearing.- The Zach Tinker Appreciation Thread
Hehe. Same. But I always wanted to see Zac's Sonny interact with Paul.- ARTICLE: Hudson West Remains Part of the ‘General Hospital’ Cast

7-10 Yasssssss!!!! They finally made it back around to Ava, Sonny's meds, and the doctor!!!! It goes without saying that I loved MW in those scenes. Ava is at her best when she is playing the villainess. And she had to throw some shade, too, cuz Sonny is always wife-ing up, ain't he? lol. As much as I like Ava to have the wiggle room of a conscience, I also like it when she ACTS. Well...schemes. And her vs Sonny scene...ooooh Ava was playing him like a fiddle. And the timing of Wagger at her door...delicious. Not them playing the beat of Sasha messing with the second DNA test. So 2 for 2 this episode on the plot points coming back around. If looks could kill, Felicia would have seen Sasha ash. Cody walking around shirtless for most of the episode. Perhaps it's the heat here...but I don't mind. lol. I DID mind Drew in that jacket, but he's been giving bubble butt in slacks most of this week so far so I was looking forward to more. OMG yes. I just watched the 7-10 episode and she was giving me life with how she was playing Ava. It's making me miss the days of Eileen Davidson as Kristen Dimera on DAYS watching her. Knowing what she's planning, watching Ava basically set Sonny up pre-custody suit was a thing of beauty. Her body language. The subtleties in her voice. The looks. MW was GIVING. Sonny thinks he's entrapping Ava, but in reality...hehe.- The Politics Thread

7-12 OMG!!! Not Hot Hollis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was finally getting a storyline and the camera angles stayed on showing that nice bubble butt!!! I'm so sorry @Soapsuds. I don't know what to make out of this murder mystery right now. Outside of Ted King aging like fine wine, we know Jack didn't do it. And Sheila didn't either. That would be too easy. So I'm debating if Poppy might have actually did it or if Luna did and repressed her memory. I mean...what did Hollis see? So is Thomas and Paris gone? Cuz that was quick. But I guess if it gives Hope a reason to pounce on Finn...ugh.- GH: July 2024 Discussion Thread
She really can. If Ava was in anyone else's hands, I really don't think I would care as much. But I love watching MW work. All the way back to her as Carly on ATWT. That's just it. Starting out...and why I loved it...was that the writers (or PM) were allowing all the characters find out about it slowly. And from there they were showing the characters' reactions and feelings. At the time, it felt like Laura was all over the canvas, too, so it's saddening to see her in hit-and-miss appearances at the moment. I agree with you. I also feel the decision to do so was done long before it showed up on screen because I felt it was extremely well paced for what it ended up being IMHO. I admit that I'm wondering this as well. Until it's mentioned, it feels like Heather's story has vanished. Up until Portia vs Laura at the Qs...was the last time it was touched on Curtis seeing Heather in prison or when Trina called Laura out in her office? Same. Same. Though I would like to add in Alexis's storyline to get her license back which I also felt progressed naturally as well. That and Finn exit story, I mean.- Y&R: July 2024 Discussion Thread
7-11 Let me start by just saying that Devon is an a$$. LOL!!! I should have known this from how much I enjoyed Devon vs Nate, but good God! He's practically driving Lily away from the company by not trusting her. Whether he was right or not. Self-fulfilling prophecy much? Totally Team Lily with her wanting to join Billy. And not even her fault. Chelesa and everything connected to her again has become FF material again. I didn't mind the scenes with Victoria and all her kids. It is understandable and continues to be that there would be some adjustment to Claire being around. Though it is jarring that it was Johnny at first who had issues, and now it's Katie.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
