  1. I mean outside of Ric...on the current/recent canvas...I liked where things were going with her and Sonny under PM. Her scheming with Ric would be great since I know this writing team can't do nuances like PM to save their life. I can't imagine either outside of the aforementioned Ric. I admit...Jason and Ava have had their moments. I just don't know if I could see them in a romance though they would at least understand the dark life for sure without question. But...we know I'm bias when it comes to Jason.
  2. Perhaps he will be the way to humanize Drew again down the road.
  3. tbf...music has been in scenes so... Get him, Vanessa!!!! Keep my man Randy alive!!! Oooooooooooo at this Jacob flashback. And WOW at Jacob finally confronting his father. WOOOOWWWW an almost complete Martin memory. Total recall is coming!!! GET HIM, DANI!!! And throw away? She was actually coming out to her whole family for you!!! LIKE YOU WANTED!!!! And worse....YOU KNEW SHE HAD STARTED THE PROCESS!!!! 'Done? Darling, you know me. I'm just warming up.' YASSSSSSSS, DANI!!!
  4. I was picking! lol. I don't think anyone here though. I just find it wild though. They are almost a perfect match for each other. And even I remember before Tyler left how all soapdom picked up on his instant spark with Maura. I was intrigued as well. But then...he got the abrupt recast.
  5. REALLY, ANDRE???? REALLY????!!! Well, geez, Andre?? Why are you soooo bothered at the possibility that Dani might tell Ashley it's her you been screwing? Scared as a frightened cat. Ooooo hit him again, Dani!!! I love that Doug and Vanessa are standing up for Randy, continuing that throughline of Doug and Randy being friends since they were young. Awww at the 'partner' scene between Jacob and Smitty.
  6. Ric is BENEATH her? Who said that? lol. I would say early Ava/Nik saved her. Perhaps even Ava and MC Nik as well.
  7. I still remember to this day how Sonny described her and Julian when he was still alive...apart they were their own brand of dangerous, but together...watch out! And Ava was when she was introduced. I'm with Vee that it was great to see Ava back in the femme fatale mode she was always meant to be when she was Iago (and perhaps something more if FV hadn't been Frank about putting Natalia in with Sonny...and I still feel as written by PM...Ava went after her as payback for getting in-between her and Sonny) to Sonny's off-med self. But I guess fans didn't like her. She was driving so much story. She was so cunning. She was not at all stupid. And Maura played her villianess to the hilt. This watered down version of her. Not my cup of tea. Though I do love her with Ric and hope they go there with Liz/Ric/Ava.
  8. Ava being a case in point.
  9. Don't forget Britt and Dr. O!!! I'm sure she will pop up soon enough. Papa and all.
  10. YASSSSSSSSSSS!!! I love me some Gale...especially this particular one!!! Well keep in mind...we are on borrowed time thanks to last week's pre-empt.
  11. A smart cop. YES, PLEASE. Ohhhh, so Smitty is being crafty. It makes me super excited for the moment when his smarts lead him right to his husband. Mmmmm...I feel that's out of character for Randy tbh given how the show has established the working relationship between him and Joey. Not Doug and Vanessa walking in on everyone!!!
  12. I will always be living for Smitty in Reporter Mode. And...the bubble is still bubbling. lol. RANDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With his FOINE self. Hahahaha!!! GET HIM, DANI!!!
  13. Time for Hurricane Dani!!!!
  14. Schemers for the win!!! It's done wonders...for better or worse...for Drew's relevance.
  15. Now that I think about it...I guess tomorrow will be if that one rumor is true.
  16. It would also follow a current theme given what's going on with GH.
  17. I wasn't watching, but yes on that name. It stood out.
  18. And just remember...it's a matter of time with Cynthia Watros in the role as well.
  19. I know the dialogue was great yesterday, but it sounds like it's fast and furious today.
  20. I mean given that Nina (under Michelle Stafford) started as a nutjob...it tracks.
  21. Whhhhhhhhhhhhatttttttttttt Sounds like Dani is giving a show today!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! YES!!! Two in a row??? YASSSS!!! You have just made my day! Now that I think of it... @alwaysAMC as well. YES. His story has been an umbrella for a while. A month and a week and counting. And giving A story the way it should have from Episode 1. I definitely like when Jen plays attitude more than this Carrie Bradshaw-Lite (as in later season SATC alias the shrew) she's been doing with Ashley. So I could see her being better as a villainess vs a Mary Sue. Cuz right now, I side-eye her soooo hard now and I liked her in the beginning. I totally get that.
  22. I really want to say it was 8 and it did well. And it was such a big deal because Thursday was when the heavy hitter primetime tv shows were airing so it stood out that OC were maintaining solid ratings. But Bravo be liking putting shows they know are going to get low ratings at 9 PM when they should be at 8 PM. I'm still mad they put RHOM at 9 PM premiere week to just show a Scenes We Didn't See on SUMMER HOUSE of all things. WTF. Put your good shows (or other) at 8 PM and watch those ratings put some of your 'favorite' ones to shame. Sorry, rant over. lol. Yeah...when I think HW shows, I too think Sunday, Tues, and Wed as well. I remember Thursday was for TOP CHEF and PROJECT RUNWAY. Which is going to be weird to watch now that Heidi is back...but no Tim Gunn. Well, there's also the rumor that the show stole the whole idea (and title) from an up and coming black man who wanted the celebrities to be all kids of well known and well off black celebrities. And I'm not even sure if it is complete rumor since that man did come forward with the tea. Thank you for the condolences. Yesterday was really rough as well as I continue to deal with 'modern' work culture. Give me the days of people who back up what they mean with good (or lazy) work ethic rather than playing in a person's face. I'm honestly at boiling point and its to my credit as I approach my work anniversary (two years...I'm proud of that regardless come Monday) that I have not snapped under unneeded micromanaging. But bright side, I'm taken to either going and sitting in the park now and just being to ground my energy...or I go on walks. I also cherish my off days...like today...in a way that I did not before which means my perspective truly has changed. I am currently considering a bit of a misadventure...probably after BTG...because there's a lesbian latina boystore I want to explore. We'll see. As for vacationing, it's funny. I've noticed that NYC and Nashville keep popping up in random ways around me. But...due to the political climate...I'm good. lol. I have no desire to do LA. And I have been minor toying with San Fran...since I have not gone in a long while. Same for Vegas. And Denver. Due to my job, I do have a great discount, but still on the fence due to budget and schedule and work drama. So...we will see. Oh, I know you were. So I was happy to be tagged and found out that you finally took a vacation. I was so proud of you. I hope that work is doing better for you. And just how you described it...mmmmm...you make me realize how much I miss traveling. But I had the best schedule for that when I was younger in college. Work Sunday-Thursday and then I was off somewhere on the weekends or just off...lol. Good times. GOD YES!!! I'm dealing with that right now at my job. It is a blessing when you have to train one and they are just eager to learn, not entitled, and/or whiny. Those are truly the unicorns of the young'uns, and while I've mellowed, you can always tell the ones that I taught...and they listened...versus those who wanted to argue. In fact, I went on a job interview a couple of weeks ago to a high class hotel in the rich part of town...one of my favorite interviews to date and the most professional handling of a rejection in YEARS here...and who should be there working, but one of my trainees. I haven't seen him since 2019. Happy to see him. Aged well. Still doing the job and I know he's being paid so much more than what we were paid when we worked together. And like a father, I was proud to see him working there. NEXT GEN X so far...just makes me miss the crazy energy of NYC. No lie.
  23. She is. More than her soap husband thankfully. Frank's going to Frank. Speak on it!
  24. I see potential in that as well. Just look at how people have turned on her and like (more or less) Derek now.
  25. Now we all know if anyone is about to steal a baby again, it's Silk Press Sheila. I'm down for Ashley having a downward spiral post being left all along...like she wanted after all.
