  1. It might be. Has she appeared since the Newman Ranch return? That was...beginning of November? And given what happened then with her giving the company to Victor and Billy kicking her out of his life...it all felt final. As much as I want her to be around.
  2. So I see Lulu got her lick back. I may hate that storyline, but it's nothing against the actor. I don't think he is too old and he can act. He actually (don't hate me) reminds me of REAL Vaughn from ALIAS every time I see him. Which actually makes me dislike the storyline more.
  3. And that's just her being nice! lol. I can't.
  4. 7-2 I tuned in for the Amanda/Devon scenes. Outside of that...or a shirtless JR, NO, JM, or CF...I think I'm good. And then knowing what's coming for Cole...and surprised THAT part of the story is on screen. ON BREAK. Very much so. I just wanted to add that before this latest (and unnecessary) plot twist...it did seem like Damien was Dumas and that yes, it seem to be leading to a pairing with Lily. After all, it was her that got him to mend fences with his dying mother whom presence kicked off the whole (surprisingly good before now) storyline.
  5. 7-1 Surely they should have known Luna was about to go cray cray again given she had on her crazy outfit again. Good to see Remy again. Nice onion in those pants. That said...uh oh.
  6. RHOM Let me start with the bad. Production, what do you think you are doing? I was just praising them last week for NOT doing what RHOA and some other HW shows have done...editing out relevant scenes and then representing them as a flashback!!! It not only manipulates the audience, but it destroys the level of truth between the audience and the show in terms of 'reality.' I mean...how can we trust the show if the scene is not being shown as it happened as it was filmed. Up until now, RHOM has been ABOVE that technique and a better show for it. And the scenes in question...has been the aftermath of Julia, Guerdy, and the drink throw. After the silence from most of the cast, it would have been better to see Guerdy going to each of them as she talked to them about the incident and get a feel for what the others thought. Instead...flashbacks that make one suspect. Hmmm. Cuz...the optics. Secondly...what was up with the audio for the taglines??? After making us wait...THAT was horrible and better be fixed before Wednesday's episode? A mess!! Outside of that, it was another good episode in spite of that. We got another set of interesting scenes and leave it up to Adriana to do an event that wasn't boring. lol. I'm sorry that the other ladies just had to messy, though I did love to see Alexia vs Adriana in such a petty HW, but RHOM way. As for the new housewife...Oooooh she knows Caroline Stansbury from RHoDubai. Intrigued. But so far...undecided. ALEXIA. I was right there with Marysol, too. Todd (and her) got an extension on the divorce??? WHAT??? Why?? Definitely a thing that makes you go hmmm. And her vs Adriana at Julia's baby shower was the kind of petty feud I love to see because they both got good licks in. JULIA. They started the episode with her and I zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. And more of her bad side came out this episode with what happened with Adriana. Adriana did that party for her due to her being her BFF and there every step of the way during her attempt to adopt. And not only did she not want Adriana to sit by her, but she wanted to get the new housewife to be placed by her??? Really, Jules. GIRL, BYE. I never thought I would see the day where Julia came across as some kind of clout chaser, yet here we are. And don't get me started on how she continued to try to play as a victim with everything having to do with Guerdy. Good thing Guerdy had better things to do than go to that baby shower. LISA. First of all...I can't believe Lisa was online the night of and retweeted my tweet (which is at 32k views and counting) when I was joke serious. Because I just can't believe that Larsa...was having that scene with her Milan friend and continuing to ruin Jody's reputation. I didn't expect it to snowball into Larsa planting a scene since I feel Larsa can't act to save her life but TeamLisa anyway. Her and Lisa had just come to make in-roads so I can't believe Larsa shot it to Kingdom Come. And poor Lisa at the baby shower. I felt so bad for her. And don't get me started on her sending Larsa a picture of her dead dad. LARSA. Can't. Won't. She was actually in my good graces. But ewww at all the attempts to bait Lisa. Not helped by Alexia and Marysol trying to wind her up. She could have saved that mess until after the baby shower. GUERDY. And we know I'm Team Guerdy. It was sad to watch her break down to Russell (best househusband ever) as she expressed how she felt. I also thought it was wise to lay low and focus on herself. STEPHANIE. Just kinda there so far for me. It saddened me because the HW shows for the last year or two have had great newbie intros right out of the gate. She definitely gave me a Nicole-lite vibe which I liked. And I liked that she instantly got into it with Alexia of all people. For now...wait and see. Good episode, but I hope RHOM is not about to jump the shark. Cuz people are still mad about Julia vs Guerdy. And we know how I feel (and sadly the ratings are reflecting it) about RHOM being in the 9 PM timeslot rather than the 8 PM one.
  7. OMG, @Cheap21 you see this!? ADDING...Hahahahahah!!!! Same time posting!!!!
  8. OC I hope to finish off Season 17 tonight. But I still wanted to say...this looks GOOD.
  9. So I take it July 10 will reveal if the rumors of the catfight is true.
  10. While I'm sitting here before work and watching Rory's Michael...I admit that I'm curious...who are we here wanting to see him with?
  11. Well, I'm happy to see the actress who plays Li got more than 1 episode. I think she does as well. I would hate to see Heather retire some day, but I understand.
  12. Darn, Eric! So close.
  13. Yeeeeah NO. When you think WSB who do you think of first...Jax and Carly...or Robert and Anna? That alone explains why that storyline rings false. Which is what I said right when that story started and will continue to say. Joss is standing...where Emma should be. I definitely love Gio with Emma now, but I enjoyed the two people of the arts together, too. You might be right. I just didn't see it that way. Acting be funny like that. I know in hindsight, I like SJB's Carly more than when I was young and saw her and loved to hate. Especially when she was around Robin. I agree. A great find. May she stay around. Even when Joss comes back around into focus. Yeah at this point....I would rather want TJ and Molly out of town now and I was really cheering for them to finally get some story even if I didn't like said story. Ooooo YES. And I definitely look forward to her scenes with Finola. Not that I've gotten any since I'm back to regular viewing. Agree. I give Van that for sure. But still... 😜
  14. Well not as much as most of the board 😜 but I do. But I like Mike's acting from what little I've seen of it on DAYS and I do like it here cuz he didn't need any adjustment at all IMO. I do, like you though, look forward to seeing him out of the house. His character comes alive when he's not being the 'mom to Martin's 'dad.' And I also wouldn't mind the friendship with Jacob to continue post-secret.
  15. So THAT'S why Nate and Victoria had that random scene last week. Ugh.
  16. I feel like it was a little bit of both from what I remember. Really? I feel Vaganos has...well had...some quirkiness within her uptight-ness. At least pre-Cody. Now any attempt at quirkiness comes across as forced. Same. I was holding out for BRS as well. It's so rare now to see an kid grow up naturally on screen on soaps now. She was going to be rare. And I was ready to not like the recast. But...Braedyn really comes across for the most part like an older Emma. So she won me over. I wouldn't say that yet since I do feel Frank will keep Joss vs Emma going. And it's not the first time Frank has simply forgot Joss only for her to rise like a phoenix in story. It's how we got this Alias story where Emma should be. I also agree. I like a more serious Lucas, but I have gotten used to Van's version of him. Lol. That was such a crazy year of Mollys.
  17. I mean people do seem angry to have to wait a week so who knows how that will motivate folk come next week. Fingers crossed for a good promo. I'm surprised they haven't done that yet at the midweek.
  18. And I would agree with that. And I know I made that VERY clear in the case of Alexa who fit in perfectly from her first frame. And I waxed poetic over her right up until her reunion with Laura. I can still wax poetic on her and her ability to lift up the writing when it irks me. I can say the same for Braedyn (hehe at the Natalia shade) as well. Such a great job of embodying aged-up Emma. I remember feeling like she did study her predecessor. As for Rory...I haven't talked too much him outside of his body but I love the direction he's taken Michael in so far...a direction Michael should have always gone in and definitely should have post-fire, not to mention post-affair reveal. I also agree with Van and Kris V as well. I'm used to them now, but they are so different from Carnes and Pullos. It's Van for me more than Kris. Same. I don't even love to hate her now. I just hate her on my screen. And it's so funny because I liked her and Blaze together. Not I just 'ugh.'
  19. He just give looks. Joking!!!
  20. MY BAD!!! I was saying Emma and Michael when I did the post. HOWEVER, you all are right. GH has been on it with the recast. Add Lulu (especially) and Lucas to that list.
  21. RHOM I finally had some wiggle room so I got time to watch this (and OC, spoiler alarm...incoming thoughts! hehe) past week episode. I was so worried about the Lisa stuff, but it was pretty minimum, but I still had a light cry. Poor her. I really liked it. While the focus was the build to Marysol and Steve's wedding event, I liked that it was pretty easy and breezy with stuff going on. And it was the little things. Kiki and her conversation with her mother over her father. Adriana and Julia sitting down and discussing their friendship. Guerdy talking about her insecurities with herself post-cancer. Marysol's long journey to finding someone. Mother Elsa. Everyone else be making up stories on HW shows for attention. These ladies...just have to be themselves. THEY are the story. Probably why Julia's attempts to be a Heather, Chanel, mean girl stands out so much more. It's fake. It's phony. And she's showing all of her a&* for girls who originally didn't even want her there. So watching her try to bully Guerdy...even after Adriana gave her fair warning...was disgusting to see. And as for the drink throw that I've been waiting to see? And they call GUERDY extra??? After all of that??? After all these ladies have done on this show? Failed attempt. Failed ladies. ALEXIA. She actually came arcross well this episode. Though Production and her friends continued to pick on her for being dogged out by Todd. I liked her doing this for Marysol. That said...I know she's not talking about anyone being extra when she's the QUEEN of EXTRA. GIRL, BYE. LARSA. I can't with her. She finally got back in good with Lisa...under for her to start that mess about Jody at the wedding event. And after Lisa just found out her father died. She has to know Lisa is going to find out. And that is going to be some mess. LISA. Poor Lisa. I felt for her with her father. JULIA. What was she thinking? No wonder Adriana does not want anything to do with her cuz HUNNI WHAT IS THIS? She came across as Karen. And she clearly did not get the hint of microaggression Guerdy threw at her when Guerdy said...what you going to do? touch me? And then the drink toss? DISGUSTING. I was glad Guerdy not only told on her about the facelift, but stayed there and stayed UNBOTHERED. It said it all at the end that Guerdy was having the time of her life while Julia was a total sour face. That's what you get when you aim for trying to be Minion Number 2 when you will always be Minion Number 4. GUERDY. Better woman than me. She might have been snatched up. I cannot believe Julia was trying to play a victim. And worse, I cannot believe the other ladies were just going to buy into that false narrative. I love that Guerdy defended herself. She told the truth. She refused to be pulled out as if she was the one being violent when she was not. She threw shade. She was...UN...BOT..HERED. Come correct next time, babe. FOH. KIKI. Good family scene. But...why are you trying to pull Guerdy out as if she pulled a scene? And why you leave the only black girl there alone? No, ma'am. ADRIANA. Thank you for your little warning to Julia. Even if it fell on deaf ears. I loved she was tic for tac-ing every Julia attempt to play victim at that brunch. MARYSOL. Awww. Still winning. Good episode. Bring on the new housewife!
  22. 6-26 Well I guess I should mostly finish off before the official episode move to the July thread. And this episode...like Wednesday...was an actual Thursday episode. lol. I didn't mind it at all though, and little plots moved a bit, too. Something that I had noticed has been we haven't had any cute Dupree family scenes in a while. Since...karaoke night? So I loved the beautiful surprise of Anita popping into town. Not only do we get to see a family moment again, but I loved seeing TT. I also loved how the writers used Anita's brief visit as a kind of recap episode. And I would ughed about it, but the technique they used to do so was clever to me. Anita got to do a one on one with everyone, so you got to get characters' POV on top of plot recap in case anyone missed it. Now I know I was tagged at one point, but I haven't gone back to reply yet so I hope this will do...especially given this week they are reshowing the premiere week...yes, I agree about Dani/Nicole. In Week 1, there were hints of friction between Dani and Nicole, but the show had not at all followed up on it yet. But that's fine. I loved watching the Dani/Nicole dynamic form slowly, but surely. No matter what has been thrown at them...or when one of them is in the wrong...the Dani/Nicole dynamic looked ready to take on the world in spite of it. So watching the very friction from Week 1 finally show up in current story has been nice to watch. But I've enjoyed all of the fallout from Dani telling Nicole about Andre. Not to mention the shade. And OMG at the Dani/Andre plot unfolding. I was taken aback that Dani out right told Anita about her and Andre. And I was surprised at her allowing it. And good to see Anita going to bat for her with Nicole even if she disagrees in some part. And Anita ain't wrong...better Andre than Bill. And of course, they are consenting adults so none of Nicole's business anyway. Meanwhile, Andre, Andre, Andre. I was shaking my head at him. I knew given how things went down with Derek and Ashley and Ashley's dream, that she was going to start sniffing around him. And...I really don't like it. And his reaction...after all this fight to get Dani to be open...is not sitting well with me. Yes, Nicole's anger is clearly misplaced. But I hope that this means per her talk with Anita, that going forward, she's about to place it where it should be...on Ted, Eva, and ESPECIALLY Silk Press Sheila. I also hope that rumor is true cuz my body is ready. Kat vs Eva is the gift that keeps giving. And I like that the show has started to circle back around to that with Ted trying to mend fences between them. I know that's not happening, but I'm happy to see the coda scene of them having a very brief moment of respect for each other. Martin's Secret was total C plot. And that I don't mind. And good to see Jacob getting Smitty to go directly to Martin to figure out what's going on. It was also nice to see some affection between them. They have come such a long way. And the C plot of Chelesa having a relationship has been nice. She's come a long way from her hair toss. hehe. And I felt the Anita talk was the calm before the storm. Good little episode.
  23. I definitely have been happy to see Emma still around since I did like the recast from Day 1 just off of her vibe and how she really does look like an older Emma. And in spite of the writing, she has emerged as a character to root for. And plus Gio, they have become a couple I like to tune in to see in the young set. So 2 for 2 for recasts go to GH!!
  24. LOL Not THE SHINING!!! But...le sigh. I remember when Y&R would have put up a whole villa. I mean isn't that what they did in the Ashland days?
  25. If anything, it would be impressive if BTG ratings JUMPED next week in response (or out of spite) to the week break.
