And now with the story turn on Hayley...all three are giving traditional soap for me. The other day Hayley was giving Kristen off DAYS per-Secret Room cuz I used to HAAAATE Kristen being fake nice knowing how she was doing things behind Marlena's back.

Awww I try to be my best. I am currently in the 'everyone is leaving' phase at my job. And it would not bother me completely (some probably should have been fired ), but if there has been one thing that I have grown to respect over the past year it has been my intuition. And a lot of what I'm seeing I do not like at all. Micromanagement. Manipulation...because I should have been given clearance to things ages ago...not because my supervisor decided to quit and tell no one. And even now, there has been too many hushed conversations, behind-my-back maneuvers, etc...to make me stay longer than I have to. It's great to see the growth in my work ethic as well as how resourceful I truly am...but benefits I love do not trump that unnecessary headaches that come with said benefits. So yeah, I do know what you mean. lol. And I'm totally not for A.I. But as a self-published author who loves genre movies...has no one not see the Terminator? Or just my love of dystopian novels/movies make me side-eye. I wish my trainee had. But I still love that the manager went the extra mile and sent me a personal rejection letter. I'm seriously considering doing a book on how pathetic the search for a job in this job market is because I have so many tales to tell now. I miss the days where managers knew the moment they sat down for an interview if they would hire you or not. I miss the days of training someone correctly so they can do their best job and grow. These days if you can even make it to a physical interview (cuz these new batch of managers are so not Boomers or Gen X or clearly need to know what professionalism is from what I can tell), that is still no guarantee that it won't be cancel literally 15 minutes before. But the manager sent me a personable rejection letter. I found it odd because I DID get a computerized rejection letter two days before. And I had done a follow-up phone call the week before. And this was all after a horrible work day. That...I respected. I wish that more current upper management had that skill. No wonder I need a vacation. lol. I thought about seeing my BFF around that area. I still might. It's totally a wait and see.

Ah, I see. They definitely have a vibe. Moreso now that it's clear that Joey is falling for her. Which is why they are the A story regardless of my feelings of going to that well so soon after the show has started...rather than keep the throughline there, but letting all of them be in separate storylines. And that has been confirmed with the plot twist with Hayley will guarantee they will stay in story together.

Mostly Titan. And also me. And if I recall you both had really great theories of how she could wiggle out of it with her trump card storywise. I remember because I always brought it up in conversation. Well it doesn't help that the target for a murder mystery...which has become THE running joke here...is currently on Drew's back. But at that point it appeared to be on Ava's with her falling out with everyone that mattered to her. She was also pulling tricks on characters that she was not at all regularly interacting with like how Drew has been doing over the past year. Her finger was in so many story pies that people here and people online started to feel she might get killed off. And then there was that Maura West online chat where some of her fans noticed she was being uncharacteristically cagey which fuel the online rumor fire from what I recall.

FACTS

I LOVE Ashley and Eileen, but unless the Alter storyline was last year, I can't think of anything she's done this past year. Which I can't believe it's only been a year since that storyline ended. It feels so long ago and now JG treats her like an afterthought.

I can see her getting nominated for the Gaslighting of Sharon for Heather's murder. The writing was bad, but SC definitely carried it once it truly began. He definitely had some good scenes...he even had one today vs Billy yes I peeked in waiting for BTG to start...but I would like the wealth spreaded a bit. I would love for Dominic to get it.

Dominic knows he can get it in any way he wants...I mean the nomination. Congrats to him, though I am worried seeing Peter Bergman's name up there. HA at BOLD. Happy for her, but was the story of her ALTERS just last year? If so...she will probably win. Otherwise, she's only been a cameo.

I mean ever since Ashley said she and Derek broke up, Andre's antenna has been buzzing (and SF has been playing him as such)...not helped by his many attempts to not tell Ashley there is someone else and who it was. And those beats (as well as Dani coming out to the family as well as Andre knowing she was coming out to the family about their relationship) had been played on screen. If they had not, I might feel differently. But honestly, it just feels that since it has been established since Episode 1 that Andre always wanted Ashley, now that she's free, he's just wanting to pounce....Dani be darned. I do find it interesting that it seems to be an almost even split whether we are supposed to think Andre is in the right. Okay, maybe not even split. The writing might make it seem like he's in the right, but the majority is looking at him like WTF...didn't you just tell Dani to go and tell her family about them...and SHE DID. It's giving whiplash.

One thing I really do look forward to with the plot turn on Willow...those Willow vs Carly fights are about to get reaaaaaaaallllll interesting.

I mean...Andre...was coming across like the player (or F-boi) people have been saying he is all alone today so...

I agree on Andre. But again...even if she is in the right...I just didn't like the attitude Ashley had. Side-note to it...I did like that if we were to get a triangle...Ashley MIGHT be able to keep up with Hurricane Dani better than Hayley has, though. I am still so disappointed in Andre (and can't wait for your thoughts on today @kalbir). He really did prove Nicole right. And while I was sure Dani/Andre were short term (but hoped in spite of the clear fact that the real A story was going to be Dani/Bill/Hayley), I didn't think it would end like that for them. Surprisingly resonated with real life as much as the whole relationship did. If anything, I'm surprised and proud of how Dani handled herself.

One of these days, I'll have to sit down and watch that return. I've heard nothing, but good things. But the scenes where Steve got back this time, I definitely saw some spark for sure. Unlike with whatever with Anna, it didn't come across as forced to me at all. I still feel she would not have been written off. Punished in some form, but not written off. Maura West is loved and can play anything so I fully expected them to have given her a trump card to get out of the mess she was causing.

Oops. Her empty bed? kids? Is it the end of Dani and Andre? I do like how B and A story are crossing with each other in this Vanessa/Joey connection. And of course she would use those feminine wiles. Awww Martin called Smitty baby. But smh...these chances to tell the truth are good. And near-misses end in stakes going even higher. Moreso knowing Kenny is STILL out there. True...I shouldn't but I just don't like that attitude from Ash. Now on those claims, I might just disagree. And that is only because Dani was doing what Andre was wanting her to do in slowly coming out with the relationship to her family. And he KNEW she had started. He's not coming across favorable in this at all. Which actually surprises me given how even-kneel he tends to be.

YAY RANDY LIVES!!!! Is it wrong that I wanted Dani to slap Ashley? Uh oh. And puzzle pieces indeed, Jacob. Love him narrowing it down. Loving this double confrontation between Smitty and Martin AND Jacob and his dad.

I mean outside of Ric...on the current/recent canvas...I liked where things were going with her and Sonny under PM. Her scheming with Ric would be great since I know this writing team can't do nuances like PM to save their life. I can't imagine either outside of the aforementioned Ric. I admit...Jason and Ava have had their moments. I just don't know if I could see them in a romance though they would at least understand the dark life for sure without question. But...we know I'm bias when it comes to Jason.

Perhaps he will be the way to humanize Drew again down the road.

tbf...music has been in scenes so... Get him, Vanessa!!!! Keep my man Randy alive!!! Oooooooooooo at this Jacob flashback. And WOW at Jacob finally confronting his father. WOOOOWWWW an almost complete Martin memory. Total recall is coming!!! GET HIM, DANI!!! And throw away? She was actually coming out to her whole family for you!!! LIKE YOU WANTED!!!!
