  4. "The Young and the Restless" continues outperforming with its best performance in Total Viewers since pre-pandemic originals (excluding impeachment week). "Days of our Lives" hit a near seven-month high in viewers while "General Hospital" remains a concern in the demos. 5. As far as I know, no, they did not film anything "Beyond Salem." That could change, but neither actor filmed anything after they did the five episodes for Peacock.
  6. Did You Know? "Dancing with the Stars" alum Louis van Amstel pulled double duty during the second episode of "Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem" as the auctioneer and as choreographer of Billie and Kyle's dance. 7. Yes, new members had to verify their email address was valid by sending us (Toups or I) an email to confirm. Many did not do that. One thing we noticed was that many people registered and then immediately changed their email address to a possible fake address after signing up which is a big no no and a red flag. Only a few months ago did the settings get changed where sending us an email was not required, hence why memberships are going up.
  8. You're welcome. Here's one more that I just added to the article: Additional images will be available in my Zach Tinker interview. Coming soon. There was also this one in the article:

  11. The episode on Thursday, September 2 was exposition for "Beyond Salem," plus promotion for the show's launch on Peacock. Oddly, it would have been better to air on Friday, but I believe they felt that with it being a holiday weekend people would have not watched it. Either way, NBC/Peacock is bullish on this show being a success, and per my interview with Charles Shaughnessy, who'd be open to returning for more if they did that, this could be the launch pad for more DAYS content and/or more soap operas. Unlike Hulu and Paramount+, Peacock is probably the best app for gauging the success of its original programming and the desire to continue to grow due to not a lot of content, heck they canceled their "Punky Brewster" revival due to bad numbers. CBS doesn't seem interested in investing in their soaps on Paramount+ since that'd cost money and for now they only care about kids programming, and GH is pretty much an after thought to Hulu since Hulu only cares about its originals and any primetime show they want to hold onto via contracts.
  12. Right. He did so in my interview with him. While Shaughnessy couldn’t reveal who he’d be playing on “GH” at the time our interview took place as the reveal hadn’t aired yet, he did say that just as he finished up at “Beyond Salem,” he got the call from his agent about “GH.” “I just finished my ‘DAYS: Beyond Salem’ job working and literally about two days later my agent called and said that he had been working for a while with ‘General Hospital,’ and that there was interest in me joining ‘General Hospital’ for the next six months, so I’m actually doing that for six months,” Shaughnessy tells us exclusively of how long you can expect to see him in Port Charles. https://www.soapoperanetwork.com/2021/09/charles-shaughnessy-previews-days-of-our-lives-beyond-salem-talk-general-hospital
