  5. Anyway... The use of Charles Shaughnessy's voice to lay up the trailer before we see him on screen was a really good "Carmen Sandiego" move by the marketing department. It felt very spy-esque and his voice was perfect even if the visuals were a little dated -- I think that was the point since it emphasized the stolen jewels in 1991. Overall, I'm looking forward to this project. The more I learn about it the more I'm excited about it, and also disappointed a little bit in that the mothership isn't really getting all this excitement... yet.
  6. It's with great sadness to report the passing of "All My Children" and "Dynasty" fan favorite Michael Nader. The actor died Monday, August 23 at his home with his wife and the family's rescue dog by his side. He was just 76 years old. Note: The post R.I.P. Michael Nader – ‘All My Children’ and ‘Dynasty’ Fan Favorite Dead at 76 appeared first on the Soap Opera Network website. Read More
  7. Not my understanding. I was just told episodes are pretty long. However, the edited episode could be shorter. I'm getting to the bottom of it!

  14. Right. It's all about that "long weekend" away from Salem John's mission = Jewels Anna/Roman = Austin/Carrie return Paulina = time in Miami Chad = We'll soon see.
  15. My understanding is the episode directly ties into "Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem," which sets up the series itself based on the plot of the show itself.
  16. "The Young and the Restless" star Melissa Claire Egan and husband Matt Katrosar welcomed into the world their son, Caden Robert Katrosar, on Saturday, August 21. 17. There's an interview he did with Michael Fairman back in June of 2020: https://michaelfairmantv.com/yrs-executive-producer-anthony-morina-talks-on-daytime-emmy-drama-series-win-for-neils-memorial-honoring-kristoff-st-john/2020/06/29/ I just want to point out that it isn't easy to get time with an executive producer of a daytime soap opera for an interview. They are very busy 24/7 running a tight ship 365 days a year. Unlike a primetime EP who shares the role with other people in most cases, a daytime EP is mostly the first in the building and the last out, working with a cast of 30 and above coordinating the direction of multiple segments a day that can make up several episodes. I don't think he or any other daytime EP is hiding from the press.
  18. You must have the names confused. Unless you're talking about a different show called "The Jeffersons"? Taheim Bryan was only 50 years old at the time of his death so it would have been impossible to write for the show you're referring to and his primary credit is his film mentioned in the article. He did produce three other recent projects, however.
  19. "Equal Standard" writer/producer Joseph "Taheim" Bryan died Thursday after being shot six times in the arm and torso. Police are still searching for the shooter. The film's cast, including Maurice Benard, Tobias Truvillion and Ice-T share stories about the loss of their friend. 21. I have not. No. He has done interviews with other people though so that's not true about him not giving interviews.
  22. Errol replied to YRBB's topic in Off Topic Lounge
The face does look better in the one I preferred, and of course the body is much better as well. He reminded me of a Hallmark actor in it. The other pics, not so much. Happy he found someone.
