I did the same thing that I did with the ABC thread, I put in parentheses the year that the actor/actress first appeared and the year that the character first appeared, just to show the span of generations between the characters.

A few months ago, someone posted an article in which ATWT was called "the blue-haired soap," meaning it has (or had) a lotta older female characters. Personally, I think they need to capitalize on this. "The Golden Girls" proved to be a HUGE hit among young people and still is. ATWT should use that kind of success to its own advantage by having characters like Kim, Lucinda, Susan, Lisa, etc drive story on a regular basis. I'm not saying that they should have only characters over the age of 35, because no soap is good unless there is a decent amount of younger characters (to be the next generation of older characters several years down the line), but there should be a tad bit more focus on the older characters.

I would never bring back Amber or Deacon.

Obviously that doesn't leave many teens on the show. But not too many have ever done much for me anyway. And like I said before, this is really too many contract players for B&B to have unless it was expanded to an hour.
